I’m the founder and managing lawyer of Simple Divorce, a full-service family law firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Massive Appeal?

I was looking to open a law firm. Though I had just graduated from law school and completed my training, I didn’t have the necessary business experience. I needed a company to assist me in creating a website and marketing my firm.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Their team began by creating the site on WordPress. They handled the hosting issues and launched the website. From there, they trained me in writing and posting blog material. We developed a strategy for uploading relevant content.

Once Massive Appeal completed the website, they began a PPC campaign using Google Ads. Their team researched relevant keywords and educated me on how PPC and cost-per-click (CPC) work. They developed a campaign from their strategy and performed monthly reports. They continue to work on PPC optimization for us.

How did you come to work with Massive Appeal?

I’d known the founder of the company and knew of his expertise in working on government websites. I spoke to him about my idea about creating a law firm and hired him after seeing his proposal. I was willing to listen to his advice, and I’m thankful I did.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began the project in September 2012 and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The moment we launched the PPC campaign, I received an increase in calls. We’ve seen substantial improvements in our client base and online visibility. Our company is one of the top search results for our keywords. Though we paused our GoogleAds campaign for budget purposes, we continue to receive daily calls thanks to the organic SEO efforts. Overall, we’ve seen remarkable progress in our marketing results.

How did Massive Appeal perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been fantastic in managing our expectations and communicating promptly. For the first few years, we had more frequent interactions to keep us comfortable as a new client. Now that we’ve been partners for a while, we know the process will be smooth even if we don’t receive an immediate response. Aside from emergencies, they address our issues on a monthly or quarterly basis, instead of our initial weekly meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The personal touch they bring to the process stands out. They’re easy to contact and offer flexible pricing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s a learning curve with Google Ads, but they make sure to keep me up to date. Even when they’re busy with other clients, we’re able to address it effectively and find a solution. If there’s a delay in communication, they give us solid explanations and make improvements. There aren’t any major issues that they don’t work on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It’s important to take a leap of faith and trust the experts to do their job. Be as involved in their process as you can to get the most value of out their services. You have to be willing to learn the approach and stay up to date. You’ll be disappointed if you don’t put in the necessary effort in the collaboration.
