What were the results of their work?
After getting the redesign done, I got a lot of positive feedback from my clients. So, that website has been performing really well for me from a design perspective, which they helped me with. When it comes to SEO, for all of my main keywords, I tend to be on the first page of Google, so that's been phenomenal.
From a PPC standpoint, they've just completed making that whole campaign work better for me. I actually tried to do that myself and then realized that I didn't have the time, information, or expertise to make a PPC campaign perform properly. Going from my own PPC campaign to what they were able to do for me was just like night and day. My cost per click is better, my click-through rate is better, and Huge Impact helped me improve certain campaigns where I had to do a tiny bit of tweaking on the landing page. That page now performs much better with the ads we're putting together.
What differentiates Huge Impact from other agencies?
They're very professional and a pleasure to work with. If I ever need to ask a question, or have a chat and brainstorm about what's next, they're always very open to that, very responsive. Most importantly, especially in my business, I really value people that get back to me fast because I need to get back to my clients quickly, and I think that everybody sees that. But, it seems like in today's business world, not everybody is like that. You might call another company and not get a call back for a few days.
I really value the customer service level that they provide, which is very important to me. Because of that, I seem to get things done quickly. If there's a change that needs to be made, or a new implementation, they're on it right away.
Especially in the online marketing world, things are changing constantly and really rapidly. For me, my time is my money, so it's hard to stay on top of everything that's new, knowing how to improve things and how to get better rankings. I need an expert company to partner with, people who live and breathe this stuff every day. I think that's probably one of their greatest strengths.
They obviously do a lot of research and stay abreast of all the new things that are coming up, on the basis of which they'll make recommendations. Not in the sense of trying to increase the budget because now I've got to do this new thing online. It isn't like that. They work in a very collaborative way, respectful of whatever I want to be spending. They try to provide the most value so that, in the long run, everybody wins. They've had my steady business for six years now, so they're doing well for me, and I'm doing well for them. So, it's a win-win situation. I know that in this industry, it's really hard to find a good company, but they're definitely that company for me.
Looking back on the work so far, is there any area that you think they could improve upon or something that you might do differently?
I don't think so. As I said, they're really on top of what's going on.
What advice would you give a future client of theirs?
I would say to be very open and honest about what you feel comfortable with for your business. Also, discuss with them anything and everything that you want to achieve. I think that this is a company that will be able to make specific recommendations about why they think that this is the best route, the best campaign or the best design for a website. So, that would be my advice – be very open and honest about what you want and what you're looking for. They'll help you put together something that really makes perfect sense for your business.
