I hired them for website development services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built my website from the ground up. They took the content I provided and came up with a design. They hooked it up with my GoDaddy account and delivered a fully functional website. The website includes a contact form, and it displays videos from my portfolio. They used WordPress. 

What is the team composition?

My main point of contact was Jeffrey (Co-Owner). 

How did you come to work with Web Fox Niagara Web Design?

I knew of their business since we’re located in the same area. They reached out to me, and I decided to work with them. 

How much have you invested in them?

I spent about $1,500. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in early-2018, and it took about two months to build the website. The project is complete, but if I run into any issues or want to add new features, I can quickly contact them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website looks great, and I’ve gotten positive feedback from professionals in my industry as well as from customers. The website is straightforward and easy to navigate. People can contact me from the website easily, and it also showcases my work well. 

How did Web Fox Niagara Web Design perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate through phone and email. We’ve also worked together in-person. They’re responsive and solve problems right away. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their responsiveness and expertise are impressive. They don’t come in with preconceived notions, and they tailor their solutions to fit each business. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m not sure if WordPress is the best platform because we’ve had a few hiccups with the website. However, they’re always responsive and quick to fix any issues. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Just reach out to them. They’re responsive and have excellent customer service.

The biggest part of marketing for any business in 2021 is your online presence. I hired Webfox to design and help boost my brand recognition.

What were your goals for this project?

My goal was to end up high in the results list when searching for local keywords. I wanted to earn specific target goals for the 2021 calendar year.

How did you select WebFox Niagara Web Design?

I was looking to use local business due to my own personal beliefs. I looked for top results when searching local keywords for various business types. The cleanest and best looking websites happened to be under the Webfox umbrella. I contacted the Webfox team shortly after.

We've had multiple meetings to discuss what I want and how to build my brand. They've clearly stated how to meet my goals and given me professional advice on what is good for websites in 2021. They've sent me multiple mock ups which have satisfied me greatly. I'm very satisfied by their professionalism and attention to detail. I intend to use them for maintaining and improving my website far into the future.

What was the team composition?

The entire team has been in contact with me directly getting a read on both what I want and what I need. Their suggestions have been helpful but also not pushy.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I've been getting more leads for my start up business than previously expected. My investment in Webfox's web design had already paid for itself in one month. I always survey my customers on where they heard of my business and the majority are coming through my Webfox created website, as opposed to leads I created myself.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was easy between their team and mine. It was easy to get on the same page and they really know what they're doing.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing about this company was their reaction time. I had many spur of the moment thoughts that they were able to spring into action without hesitation. In the past I've tried web design myself and tried other companies with poor to mixed results. I always felt like I was simply a job for other companies--being left to the wayside when they were done. WebFox cared about my results and gave me many tips about creating content to stay relevant.

Are there any areas for improvement?

As of now I have no complaints.

For what projects/services did your company hire WebFox Niagara Web Design, and what were your goals?

I hired Webfox to build my website and set up SEO for me. I was starting a new business and needed to start advertising.

How did you select WebFox Niagara Web Design and what were the deciding factors?

After interviewing a few local website design businesses, I chose Webfox because they seemed very knowledgeable and very willing to work with me to create my vision. I was also really drawn to their website.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

After the initial meeting with Bob, he took my notes back to Jeff and they worked together to create a template. From there, I provided content to them to put into the site. Once they had the content, we had 2 more meetings to make changes that were needed to ensure I was happy with the end result. I believe it is a WordPress site.

I asked them to add a contact box with questions built in for the clients to answer before sending the email. I also had them link my social media sites. They also made my logo, as well as set up my Google Analytics, and give me tips for SEO. Bob also helped me create my Google My Business account and set up Google Ads.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with both of the owners, Bob and Jeff.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I have been happy with the website and the traffic it has generated with minimal work from my end.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

Bob is always ready to help/provide feedback along the way. Whenever I had questions about what content I should provide, he was there to give me pointers. We communicated through Facebook messenger mostly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was most impressed with their willingness to help me. I had a hard time coming up with content for the site, and they provided me a lot of starting points. I was also impressed at how well Bob could describe the process to me, making sure I understood what was needed and why it was needed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I had some minor notes throughout the process, which I relayed to Bob and he was very receptive to. Overall, I don't have anything that I think they need to improve upon.
