The main project manager met with me every 2–3 weeks. Towards the end, we met more frequently. He broke everything down, which was helpful. Roketto was easy to work with and seemed to be on top of everything. We really appreciated Roketto’s clear communication because we knew it was a big investment. They’re also a genuinely positive team to work with. We never had any issues or clashes in our meetings. They listened and took notes. They would follow-up right away and make sure that we hadn’t missed anything in the minutes.

I can email him late on a Sunday night—not expecting a response until the morning—and he’ll reply if he's awake. 90% of the time he answers even late at night. That kind of service is really over the top. Other times we'll make an appointment for him to come to the store or me to go to his office. He'll go over everything and show us reports of what’s broken and what we can improve. I trust his judgment on where we should spend our ad dollars.
