I’m the owner and founder of a trade school. We offer industrial safety training for companies and individuals to be in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with Juiced Digital Agency Inc.?

One of our biggest challenges as a company was keeping our advertising strategies current with Google’s changing algorithms.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Juiced Digital Agency Inc. primarily offers SEO support. We have multiple locations, and the team analyzes all of them to make sure our listings meet Google search engine specifications. We began with one, and then gradually started adding more as we saw increased success. 

Additionally, the team has also helped us with Facebook and LinkedIn PPC campaigns. We set the objectives, and then Juiced Digital Agency Inc. comes back to us with a proposal including different aspects, such as keyword research, to ensure that we’re meeting and achieving our goals.

They have a good understanding of what our competitors’ practices and what strategies work for them. In addition to keyword research, they also run different ad campaigns.

What is the team composition?

My main point of contact is Paul (Founder), who takes care of our account personally, but there are a couple of other people I am in contact with.

How did you come to work with Juiced Digital Agency Inc.?

Several of my colleagues knew Paul, and one of them mentioned him to me. He has a good reputation in the business and I reached out to him.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with Juiced Digital Agency Inc. in May 2014, and the work is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

When Juiced Digital Agency Inc. took over our account, our site wasn’t even close to ranking number one on Google — instead, we were on the sixth or seventh page. Within seven months, we were on the first page, within eight months, our website was the first organic result. The outcome of their work speaks for itself; the team really knows what they’re doing.

Since then, we’ve managed to remain at the top of the rankings, as we’re consistently one of the first three to four positions on Google. 

Paul really brings his expertise to the table and applies it to our business. He provides us with great, holistic support and keeps our success going.

How did Juiced Digital Agency Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve managed the project really well. Paul uses several different available tools. Also, he posts all the information related to our account in the cloud, allowing us to collaborate virtually. We can change ideas through that methodology. 

To keep in contact, we have conference calls, exchange emails, and utilize a project management platform which makes it pretty easy to follow up.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Paul is very honest about his work. He offers valued insights and advice, all of which I know I can trust. The team will never offer or suggest anything that is against principles, and that is very valuable to us. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wish they had a better price. We go back and forth a lot, but we always meet in the middle. Other than that, we’re really happy with the engagement.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you really want your business to grow, you should talk to Juiced Digital Agency Inc. Be prepared to spend some money, but it will be money well spent for you and your company.
