Scope of Work
We hired Green Trail Digital to enhance our online presence, improve lead generation and increase online sales, and streamline customer relationship management. The project involved a digital marketing strategy that included:

Our aim was to create a effective digital marketing approach to sell more products online and improve our online presence. Key Deliverables:

Green Trail’s and Milad's project management was excellent. They consistently delivered items on time and were very responsive to our needs when we needed them, even during weekends and official holidays. Whenever we had questions or required changes, their team quickly addressed them and provided clear communication throughout the process. 

Their organized approach made it easy for us to stay on track and achieve our goals efficiently. We had weekly strategy meetings, and sometimes, during the time we needed, we met even two times per week.

What impressed us most was the team's deep understanding of our needs and their ability to provide tailored solutions. Their team was proactive, always offering innovative ideas and strategies that significantly boosted our online presence. They were specifically flexible with our project and went above our expectations. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Green Trail could have done differently?

Overall, our experience with Green Trail is very positive, and we are continuing our engagement or partnership in future. If there's one area for improvement, updates will be more frequent during the project. Their communication was good enough, but having more regular progress reports would have helped us stay even more aligned and informed. That said, they were always responsive whenever we reached out with questions or requests.
