Annaliesse Kelly - President and Principal Designer We are a full-service interior design firm, operating since 2008. We guide our clients from concept through to completion, using dedicated design processes and a clear understanding of construction with a focus on logistics. Our dynamic team offers top professional insight and seamless collaboration with architects, vendors, and trades, creating elegant spaces with success and efficiency.

We provide exceptional service, focused on collaboration and pride ourselves on creating trust with all project partners. Interior design is our vehicle to participate with our community and provides us with the platform to transform the way we live, work, and collaborate.

For what projects/services did your company hire Social T.?

We needed guidance on how to optimize our presence online. Our goal was to increase our social media audience and engagement, attract more followers, and gain more clients.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After researching online for social media marketers, we chose Social T based on their exceptional reviews and cost estimate.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We had 5 consulting calls and training sessions and 1 mini social media strategy/audit. These sessions included the following: Review audit, Google My Business, Instagram & Engagement, Ads, LinkedIn Best Practices & Google Reviews, and Reporting overview. Following each session, we received a summary and the next steps as well as a proposed agenda for the next call.

Everything was so well planned out, making the whole learning process very streamline.

We worked with Tara Clark and Melody digital marketing and social media experts.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We gained knowledge on Google my Business, and how to properly manage our web presence and social media accounts.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was great, we had weekly meetings that were always on time and well planned on their end.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed by the quality of followers they attracted. Social T works with you and your business to ensure you are gaining the right kind of followers who are genuinely interested in what you are selling rather than just boosting the numbers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, everything was very straightforward and we learned a lot through their sessions.
