Managing our submitted video content from post production and editing, to posting it and managing the strategy around content ideas, SEO, thumbnails, CTA structuring, team communication and expectations and overall organization.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We grew in followers from 36k in 1/2024 to over 40k in 7/2024. We've also had a few potsts that went viral over 200k views. We've gotten sales and new clients as well.

Yes, the deliverables were met, and their communication was strong. We got on solid, firm ground by March and it's been smooth sailing ever since. There's one account manager, Arturo, that we speak to usually week to week. He keeps manages the content once we submit it and he's the go-between Novus and his editing team and paid digital at Vireo.

They were steadfast in their work with us and the times we needed to particular communication, reassurance, or additional things to be done, they were consistent and professional. Also,  always open to take meetings with us, transparent in goings-on, and emails were replied to in under 24 hours.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Vireo Video could have done differently?

Our first month of this year was slow in progress and we needed more in terms of guidance, content, and strategy. After a Q1 mid-quarter meeting, more structure and strategy were put into place and it's been an excellent experience ever since.

They were to help develop an SEO strategy and general more brand awareness and patient bookings via online ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram). We would have monthly meetings and debrief on what worked well and how to update our strategies to adapt to the market.
