Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the CEO of OMConnect.io and I coordinate all of the marketing and sales efforts in my company. Our lead-generation services are powered by proprietary AI software and we cater primarily to real estate professionals.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Snowbird Media?
We had zero traffic and conversions, and client acquisition was a big problem. We sought Snowbird Media to help us solve these problems.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Snowbird Media actually made a lander for us. They did all of the media buying, targeting, and content creation. Their team met with us to refine the process. It was completely done-for-you and, as we went along, they took full advantage of any 1% improvements.
Having achieved such phenomenal results with Snowbird Media, we decided to shift our services to cater to clients beyond real estate professionals. We plan to add more consulting and generalizing services, focusing on getting salespeople and converting leads. With that sales consulting program and done-for-you service, we intend to send and refer people to Snowbird media to do their lead generation.
What is the team composition?
We worked with two people from their team.
How did you come to work with Snowbird Media?
A person we had previously worked with looked for agencies that could help grow companies similar to ours. They found Elliot (CEO) on Upwork and saw that he had done a very successful campaign with one of our competitors.
It was basically a no-brainer because he had already done exactly what we were looking to do. The person who found Snowbird Media coordinated everything and asked us to meet with Elliot.
How much have you invested with them?
We have spent approximately $25,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began our engagement in December 2020 and our partnership is still ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
My co-founder and I are super young and have limited experience in sales. We felt like we were scamming people because we promised our customers that we had exactly what they needed. Snowbird Media was a godsend; we would’ve gone out of business had they not come to our rescue.
While working with their team, we achieved a 20% lead conversion rate. We were able to pay them about 2–4 weeks later because we had clients buying our products and experienced a 2.5X–3X return on our ad spend. The quality of the leads were also ridiculously good.
How did Snowbird Media perform from a project management standpoint?
Snowbird Media performed very well in this aspect. They always responded to me within a day. They were also well-coordinated in that everyone on the team knew what every other person was doing.
For every scheduled meeting, they sent us a documentation of exactly what we talked about in order to give us more training and consulting. It wasn't part of their system or the pricing, but they did it anyway. I honestly think they’re the best company ever.
All of our communication was done through email. If we needed to set a schedule, we used HubSpot and email links.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’m impressed by their efficacy. Even in my company, I'm not as good at lead generation as they are. Any amount I invest in them guarantees a three-fold return, which is a very big thing in our industry, and anything they say, they can back up.
I look at them not as a competitor, but as an effective partner. We love working with them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could spend more time or put more though into what they think will work on the creative aspect of the work. Their content was a bit more branded but it was still effective. However, if their content creation was done better, it could’ve made me, as an entrepreneur, feel like our advertising was done in a cool way.
Other than that, I don’t have any complaints. They were great.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be honest with Snowbird Media. Inform them whenever you feel like making changes. The team is sure to reciprocate that honesty and fix whatever needs to be fixed in an effective way.
Even if you feel like you might be wrong, what matters is that you’ve voiced out what you're trying to achieve. They're not going to force a solution on you; they will understand where you're coming from and try to adjust to it. As long as there's transparency, there's efficacy.

Our goals, in the beginning, were just to create a proof of concept that we could scale our eCommerce servicing business with. We quickly had to readjust our goals as it was clear we would far exceed them
SOLUTION
How did you select Snowbird Media?
We have spoken with a few references and they reported an outstanding experience working with Snowbird Media
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
The idea was to launch an appealing ad campaign that had users click through, go to a landing page that had a video of us speaking and explaining the benefits of our program, and encouraging them to book a call after watching.
Once booked, a member of our sales team would get on a call with the prospect to qualify and convert them for a high-ticket package. The sales funnels were all built out in WordPress, while the ad campaign has been running on Facebook.
What was the team composition?
We worked with the CEO through onboarding and had a project manager assigned to us for the duration of our project. They also have media buyers, copywriters, creative designers, developers, and assistants, although I’m not sure exactly how many

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We’ve been able to achieve an 8x return on investment, which is much, much better than we thought possible coming into this. They laid out all the deadlines and key components of the campaign on our Onboarding call, and the deadlines were met with good time each time.
We are now in a position where we are hitting capacity and ready to scale quite aggressively with our team and increasing ad spend.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow was very smooth, we communicated mostly through email, but were always free to book calls through our project manager’s calendar any time we’d like, which was very convenient for when we need to have lengthier discussions.
We got detailed reports on the campaign's progress and future direction every week, which allowed us to not only see the results of our campaigns but we were also able to be consulted on the best directions for us to go given those results.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The impressive thing about them is they instill confidence in the sales process while underpromising deliverables.
The biggest frustration we’ve had working with other agencies in the past is that they have made promises on delivery and results that they weren’t able to keep. This has not been the case with Snowbird Media and has in fact been quite the opposite, as they have over-delivered in every way.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I’ve been completely happy with their delivery and wouldn’t say there are any areas for them to improve on given our experience with them. We’ve tried this in the past a few times and never gotten any results, but as soon as we started with Snowbird Media it was clear they were different from other providers, and it’s proven to be the case again and again.
