We hired Collabo to serve as our web development partner.

What was the scope of their involvement?

In addition to developing our Drupal site’s backend, Collabo has built several microsites. They provide creative consulting services while also creating mapping and widgets. The team now maintains our main website and will oversee its upcoming renewal.

Brad (Web Specialist, Collabo Consulting) is our main point of contact.

Brad was friends with one of my former colleagues.

We’ve spent $40,000.

We started working together in 2014 and the partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The partnership is going well. We’ve only received positive feedback.

How did Collabo perform from a project management standpoint?

Brad is always on time and on budget. He performs as well as I could ask for. We have used email, Asana, and Basecamp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Brad has quick turnarounds and responds immediately to my emails or calls.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We should sit down more to be ahead of the curve. It’s better to be proactive rather than reactive.
