Mind Meld PR Inc. has generated leads for us and elevated our brand in terms of giving us a certain amount of status and cachet on the back of having articles dedicated to us.

Our brand has become more trustworthy due to the level of exposure we’re getting, and we’ve become more professional. Moreover, we’ve seen increased traffic to our website, increased clicks, and increased leads.

Mind Meld PR Inc. has never missed a deadline and has never gone over budget. In fact, there is no budget spending, just a fee. We communicate via Zoom and Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve worked with another PR agency, and back then, I had much less contact with a real person. The quality of the writing felt like it was from ChatGPT. In contrast, Mind Meld PR Inc. is very creative and strategic, and the output level we’re getting is large. Besides, their level of activity has subsequently generated a lot of output.

They could improve their website because it doesn’t reflect how good they are.

Respond to them quickly because it doesn’t work if you don’t.

The biggest metric that drove our engagement was the increase in the number of times we were mentioned in an article. From a qualitative standpoint, they met our expectations.

They delivered on time and within budget and communicated well with us. We communicated via Slack and email.

We also wanted to obtain press coverage that featured our company and key stakeholders so that we can demonstrate that we are actively involved in both travel and the application of AI.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Increase in ranking for online searches. Many press articles published. Constant communication with press contacts including industry specific journalists.

Very strong project managers. Always had an agenda ready for meetings. Prompt response to any enquiry of feedback that we submitted. Constant awareness of our Slack channel so that questions were answered quickly.

Every contact took the time to really understand our business and their goals were aligned with ours. We are a company with a strong commitment to making travel better and improving the outcomes for all of our stakeholders and MindMeld bought into that vision 100%.

In any partnership there are always teething troubles and some different working methods, but these were always addressed promptly and resolved quickly, therefore there are no extra areas of improvement to suggest, the process works as it should.

The scope of work was to get TalentMarketplace into as many news publications, podcasts, interviews and other public facing articles as possible. There were two streams - reactive which was responding to requests from news organizations for content and proactive which was being a thought leader and publishing articles.

I worked directly with their project manager, a support writer and their CEO.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Mind Meld consistently delivered what they promised - 3 to 5 publications per month. This is in addition to the podcasts and proactive PR they did. This spread the word about TalentMarketplace across Europe and North America.

We had weekly check ins and regular Slack messaging for any requests. Google Docs was used effectively for sharing writing and commenting. There were also ad hoc meetings and media training provided. Their team was always extremely responsive and quick. Their asks were always clear and they learned about TalentMarketplace extremely quickly so their asks reduced over time (because they were able to answer the questions themselves)

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with their solid understanding of our business and their ability to communicate quickly and clearly. After providing some initial answers, they were able to get in my shoes and answer on my behalf - often better than I could myself.

Nothing! It was such a pleasure working with the team.

I am the Chief Operating Officer at Seattle-based healthtech startup, Xcelrate UDI. We provide a barcode scanning and workflow automation solution to hospitals and healthcare providers that significantly improves patient safety at the point of care.

Our solutions automate the capture of medical supplies (implants, vaccines, and equipment) used with patients, digitally documents the patient health record with precision accuracy, and prevents the use of unsafe supplies (IE recalled, expired, counterfeit items) in real-time.
