Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a chiropractor and the owner of a health practice. Previously, I ran my practice through a group practice. I decided to go on my own and now run a mobile chiropractic business where I provide treatments to patients in their homes and offices.

What challenge were you trying to address with Stellar Social Media Marketing?

I brought them on to generate leads for me. I had a book of patients at my previous practice, but not all of them were going to carry on with me. I needed to develop some new leads and patients to get my business going.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Stellar Marketing does my marketing and lead generations primarily through Facebook ads. The ads take the patient over to my landing page then on to book a meeting. I follow up with a consult and/or treatments depending on where the lead goes. Stellar Marketing also provides me with marketing coaching on how to format and price some of my business.

What is the team composition?

I work primarily with Sam (CEO & Founder) and occasionally with Jesus (Client Success Manager).

One of the chiropractors from my previous team referred me to them; he had worked with Stellar Marketing before.

I’ve invested about $5,000 in total.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement started in July 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of their work is exceptional. Sam is very thorough and creative. In terms of how I run marketing, she has taken over completely because I have no idea what I’m doing from the technical side of things. They’ve opened my eyes to many different ways of building my business and that has been hugely helpful.

How did Stellar Social Media Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Stellar Marketing is fantastic at project management. We primarily correspond through email. Sam is also available by phone and Jesus through email. Initially, our communication was mostly over the phone, however, it’s moved on to email. Their team is always quick to get back to me and is great at managing the calendar. I’ve been extremely happy with them, never disappointed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They take the responsibility for making sure the technology is in place. All I have to do is follow up with the leads. The business lands in my lap, and I just have to follow through with it. I don’t have to go out and hustle, they take care of the marketing and creative. Their team does everything and funnels the leads to me so I follow up with the patients.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they’ve been great so far.

I’d recommend working with Stellar Marketing wholeheartedly because they make the process easy. They’re very creative and professional to deal with.

I’m the marketing director for a periodontist office. We treat gum disease, offer dental implants, and gum grafting for gum recession patients.

We wanted to improve our SEO rankings.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Their team guided us through consultations and recommended several strategies that would improve our Google rank. One of the biggest things they recommended was producing more video and blog content for our website.

At first, I wrote most of the blogs, but they have since taken over. They did a lot of market research to determine which keywords would impact our business the most. For example, we are supposed to use “gum grafting Pittsburgh” to appeal to new patients in our area. They then use these words and incorporate backlinks into the blog so boost our SEO. Using Google My Business, they track our Google rank and help me respond to people who review our practice.

They came highly recommended to the doctor in our practice.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Using the information from Google My Business, they send us regular reports. We’ve noticed a large leap in our rankings and have seen new patients who found us by organically searching dental implants. We would highly recommend them.

How did The Enlightened Leaders perform from a project management standpoint?

Sam’s communication is great. She keeps us updated, responds quickly to emails, and is very transparent. She really held our hand through the entire process. Once a month, she shares her screen with us and she walks us through what they’ve been working on, answers questions, and makes recommendations. It was reassuring to know that we’re getting what we’re paying for.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They produce high-quality articles for our blog and offer really valuable advice regarding our Google My Business Account.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, I can't think of anything that I would want them to improve on. I think they’re doing it all really well.

We had several really great reviews from customers, and they always said that they’d refer friends, but we weren’t seeing results. Nowadays everything is digital, so we needed to bring someone in to boost our online presence.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Their primary objective was to create and manage our Google Ads. They also helped us with SEO by using back- and crosslinks and testing keywords. Sam (CEO & Founder, The Enlightened Leaders) would reword things on our site to see what would drive the most traffic. We ended up choosing 3-6 language sets that were particularly effective.

They also delivered personalized service. Sam regularly pushed me to ask customers to write reviews for us on Google and Yelp, and it really made a difference.

I worked with Sam and she had a few teams under her supervision.

How did you come to work with The Enlightened Leaders?

A colleague referred them to me. Then once I met Sam, her intelligence, focus, and drive stood out. She was so knowledgeable; she could answer any questions that I had and she would respond without hesitation. By our second meeting, she was already developing a strategy to combat my company’s weaknesses and attacking what we could improve.

Our budget averaged around $1,500 per month, so a little less than $10,000 in total.  

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January-July 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Over the course of six months, we earned $250,000 more than what we would have made in the same amount of time without their help. For a small business like us, this was an insane ROI, and made a huge difference. Within three months we saw significant improvement to our web traffic and we received more phone calls. We were booking customers six weeks in advance, so we had to end our Google Ad campaign to keep up with the workload. We grew so much that we were acquired by a larger company.

How did The Enlightened Leaders perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very thorough. Actually, they managed me quite well and kept me honest. For example, they would contact me when they needed information to write articles or if they wanted me to respond to customer reviews online. If I didn’t get back to them quickly, I would receive regular follow-up emails. Sam spearheaded everything and kept everyone on her team accountable for their performance.

What did you find most impressive about them?

This was the first time I’ve used a consultant service, and I would definitely do it again because of the results they delivered and their management skills.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Obviously, we would like them to be cheaper. When we first hired them, the price tag made me nervous. However, it was definitely worth the initial cost. We got an insane amount in return for what we invested.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Respond to Sam’s emails and trust what she says. We also debated the wording in some of our ads, but ultimately, she was right.
