      I think they have strengths in their strategic planning at the beginning of a project, to lay out the strategy, what the ecosystem is going to be, and having a clear vision of where we want to go. Whenever I was very nervous about something, or I was predicting problems in a certain area, they always found a solution that met or exceeded my expectations. So, TP1 is very good at problem solving. They were good even in terms of big issues where I thought we were doomed. They impressed me a couple of times on this.

      They’re able to develop fast and deploy quickly, but also turn on a dime when we need to. Over the years, we've had to remove and add capabilities to the tool. Sometimes, we need to do that very quickly because programs change, the fiscal year swaps, etc. Our company is a big brand, so when we call and ask them to change something, they're all hands on deck. That's an important factor for us.
