During our engagement with Creme Digital, they conducted UI and UX work along with a complete rebrand and redesign of our brand identity. The logo and brand that was conducted during that time period still holds up today along with the bulk of the UX work that got the product off the ground.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was conducted via a 6 month sprint time period, with the expectation that all work would be wrapped up at the end of the sprint.

Project management was a strength of Creme’s. I had a direct line of communication to the team via a shared Slack channel and most requests were handled promptly.

The quality of the product designers on staff at Creme was meaningful. Having worked with my fair share of agencies thus far, their branding work was top-notch.

Build an MVP of a platform that facilitates a 6-week challenge for YouTubers. Needs to onboard creators effectively, allow creators to OAuth via YouTube, sort creators into teams based on their channel size, and reward creators with points and streaks every time they post a video during the experience. Points and streaks need to aggregate into team scores.

We raised $3M from venture based off the MVP that Creme helped us build.

They are incredibly fast designers & builders, especially in a pre-determined sprint capacity. We designed sprints together, and they always delivered.

I think could be a bit stronger in thinking long-term about what they are building, and pushing back on clients when making short-term decisions.
