What challenges were you trying to address with andyedge?

We needed help with our business’ brand identity.

What was the scope of their involvement?

andyedge has been helping us with branding services, including our name’s greeting and logo. To jumpstart the process, they’ve asked about our ideas to get involved since the beginning. We’ve also given them references of designs and brands I like so they can create their name and logo mock-ups based on that. In addition, we’ve had a couple of other meetings to discuss the different elements of the full brand packaging, including collaterals like stickers, among other things. Moreover, andyedge’s team has worked on finding our target customer’s demographics and creating something in tune with that.

I’ve been working directly with one member of andyedge’s team.

How did you come to work with andyedge?

I found andyedge through online research and chose them for this task because they seemed nice initially, which was important because I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do. andyedge was very helpful in guiding me through that, so we decided to stick with them.

How much have you invested in them?

So far, we’ve spent around $20,000 CAD (approximately $14,900 USD) with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2018, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

andyedge’s advice on our naming has been one of the most helpful things in their work for us. They’ve suggested choosing something easy to pronounce and modern. Also, they’ve recommended having a more moderate and warm outlook to make our space look cozier, considering that our clientele is older. That has helped people remember our name, brand, and everything about it.

How did andyedge perform from a project management standpoint?

andyedge deliverest on time or even before our expectations. Regarding budget, they’re very flexible and adjust to what we can afford at the moment. In terms of communication, we’ve used Slack and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

andyedge’s team is open to new ideas and working around them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think they can improve anything — I’m delighted with their work.

Listen to them and be flexible to their suggestions because they have great design experience.
