They handled influencer outreach and coordination end-to-end, managing logistics, and integrating influencer content into the broader organic strategy. Paid media campaigns were produced and launched in parallel to support the opening of our new locations, using video assets and content created by the team. 

Deliverables include monthly performance reports with clear insights tied to audience growth, reach, engagement, and profile activity - always focused on what mattered to us as a business.

Our online presence has been unbelievable working with them. We’ve been getting a lot of business because of their improvements. They’re dependable, creative, and have an amazing staff. The team is always efficient and communicative. It’s been a pleasure working with them for so many years –– I don’t think we would go anywhere else. It’s always been nice to work with a company that really cares about our company and doesn’t just do what we ask. They always look into ways to help our business grow.

They’re great at meeting deadlines and all of our calls are returned within the day. There’s never an issue with communication with them. Everything is fantastic.

Our best metric is our CRM solution where we can track the leads from the salesperson to the deal closing. Clients have also mentioned that we’re all over the internet.

We have regular meetings and they keep us in constant communication on when projects will be completed. They were very prompt at meeting deadlines and making sure we meet our milestones.

Their flexibility stands out. They have a very genuine interest in providing products and services to our company that are going to increase our exposure or revenue. They don’t just try to sell us on useless solutions.

Sometimes it might take a little longer than we’d like to edit our landing pages. It’s not really a showstopper for us though.

My advice is to build a strong rapport with them. I know my contacts will always pick up when I call.

We probably spent about $40,000 with them so far. They’re very reasonably priced.

We began working with OneCore Media in January 2020, and we are still working with them. I think it’s going to be ongoing as long as my business is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Since OneCore took over our SEO, we’ve been ranking in the top 1–2 positions on most of the keywords that we wanted. Our rankings on Google are very high, especially considering the highly competitive industry that we’re in. They were able to improve our rankings, which is very difficult to do, in less than a year. They have surpassed our expectations — we’re very happy with their work. 

They did very well redesigning our website. They created a much nicer website, both in terms of aesthetics and speed. Our site speed was below the 20% ranking on Google, and they were able to get it above the 50% ranking, which was our goal.

They also optimized the site for conversions; now, when people visit our site, more of them convert into leads and reach out to us. We’re getting a lot of new leads that we wouldn’t have otherwise gotten.

Their PPC results are also really good — our cost per click (CPC) is lower than it was when we were doing it ourselves. Also, the quality of lead is much higher, so the conversion from lead to customer is better.

How did OneCore Media perform from a project management standpoint?

OneCore Media is very good at meeting deadlines. If the team faces any challenges, they communicate with me right away. They have kept me in the loop as the progress continues.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Everything about them is impressive — their attention to detail, professionalism, and the quality of their work. They have always exceeded my expectations. The team is very honey and pleasant to work with.

No, there aren’t. They’ve been perfect.

Listen to what they recommend to you. They’re very honest, and they know what they are doing. Don’t hesitate to work with them — start now. The longer you wait, the more business you’re missing out on. The sooner you do it, the more business you will get.

I am the Vice President of a US post secondary institution that has a history of operating in Canada and the US for more than 40 years. I am in charge of growth and development of new programs and general oversite of operations, strategy, and compliance.

For what projects/services did your company hire OneCore Media?

We recently expanded our operation and opened a new site. Along with the new site, we were beginning three new graduate programs. We hired OneCore to build our brand and to market new programs to an audience that we were not yet known to.

We also needed to develop an enrollment system and funnel. There was a definite first mover opportunity for the institution however, we did not have the infrastructure or the expertise to capitalize on this opportunity. In addition to digital marketing, we needed a strategy that would simultaneously build our brand in new markets.

In addition, we needed cohesion between our marketing and our recruitment strategies. This required the introduction of new software and external persons with expertise as well as the addition of a call centre.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed our brand to reach a targeted audience that would establish us as a viable alternative to other programs in the area. We also needed to ensure that the marketing resulted, not only in interest, but in students for the fall 2020 semester.

In addition, and more importantly, we needed to define, develop, and implement a system that would tie together marketing with enrollment management. In addition to process development, there was the need for technical support in the area of software design that would enable one set of software to communicate with others that we already had in place.

SOLUTION

How did you select OneCore Media?

They we recommended by a colleague and we met to discuss our needs. through the process we came to know them and understand that we had like-minded goals, that they would be a good fit for our institution, and that we could learn much from them.

Unlike the other two firms that we interviewed, OneCore provided an in depth personalized presentation that spoke to us - the other companies provided presentations that tried to fit who we were into a predeveloped template. OneCore was refreshing and sincere.

They took us from having nothing in the way of a process and system to a fully architectured and operational system. Their role incorporated strategy, creative, media, planning, buying, marketing execution, tracking and reporting and assisted with webpage development.

We would provide content and information as needed and, where possible, video based on OneCore's criteria and guidance. They were able to integrate media/social messaging with our website and internal information management systems. Their expertise resulted in enrollments for our fall 2020 semester and a funnel that extends into the winter 2021 and fall 2021 enrollment sessions.

Most notably, OneCore was interested in our goals and through their expertise, they were able to identify what was needed and when it was needed. For example, they identified the need for a new software system that could better manage the data.

They also identified the need for a call center. In both instances they identified and facilitated the integration. OneCore continues to provide data-based recommendations on direction, spending, design, and content.

What was the team composition?

Since the beginning, I have worked closely with the managing team at OneCore, which includes: Alon, Dima, and Igor. Together we continue to develop the campaigns, materials and of the processes that we believe will further improve our efforts. We continue to meet regularly and to make appropriate changes based on a the analysis and interpretation of a variety of metrics.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since June 1, OneCore has generated more than 1800 active leads for our programs. As this was our first year, there were no data on which to design a foundation, but they have continually collected data since the beginning of our partnership.

Through a variety of analyses of these data they continue to improve on efficiency and the quality of the lead. We have already found a marked improvement in this, supported by our recently recruiting for our upcoming winter session, the same number of students that we were successful in recruiting for the fall session, but in half the time and with half the number of prospects.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was excellent. We maintained free flow communications regularly and began with twice-weekly meetings which have since move to weekly sessions. From a project management perspective they kept the project moving and on target. They quickly identified areas in need of improvement, corrected them if within their ability to do so, and worked with us to correct them if they were within our purview.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are incredibly smart and incredibly easy to work with. The depth and complexity of their approach to marketing and their understanding to analytics is truly remarkable. They have impressed professors with PhDs in this field with their knowledge base, and I can not speak highly enough about their professionalism and expertise.

I can honestly say that without OneCore, we would not have succeeded this past fall, and we would have had no hope of success for this coming winter session. Currently, are only a few students below our target and we are on track to exceed our target in only our second cycle of recruitment.

Alon has a saying, "Everything can be done better, find out how to do it better" . They have a great work ethic and are clearly a company that believes in the continuous improvement model.

In the area of marketing and and developing a recruitment funnel, the growth that we experienced in less than one year with OneCore exceeds any that we have had in the past. I look forward to being able to bring them to our US parent company and have them do the same for them.

Although OneCore Media submits reports with the clickthrough rates, traffic statistics, etc., we prefer to judge their success through other measures. Our main metric we judge their impact through is the number of emails and hard leads we receive through our site. Since beginning the work with their team, we’ve seen a steady, constant stream of emails from potential customers.
