We had update meetings through teams, where the weekly progress reports were given and we could provide feedback. We used text and email to discuss issues of more timely importance. Overall, all communication was clear, concise and very prompt.
Their project manager was always available and kept us updated throughout. We mainly use Microsoft Teams to communicate with them. We were impressed with their communication skills — they responded quickly and explained each step of the project clearly.

Updates from the project manager that were provided to the general managers of the milk marketing boards were detailed, timely and professionally presented. The updates were saved to SharePoint so that they could be easily accessed by any member of the project.
We worked very closely with Ivan and Nathan to map out project timelines and objectives, including valuable grooming and planning sessions for our development sprints. The team is always very responsive to all communications. We shared documentation through Confluence, Miro, and Figma to accomplish our goals.
The entire team was extremely responsive and their communication very clear. Since we are also a software company the development process was well understood which led to a smooth collaboration. It was really helpful to have one point of contact for email and phone conferences to provide direction. This allowed us to build rapport and develop an understanding of how each other works. This made project management effective for Alex and I. Overall, communication was good. Often times, this can present an issue with the communication of what we mean to say versus what the other party understands. So Alex and I decided the best way to communicate changes would be to create an Excel spreadsheet.
