Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Director of Operations at a luxury beauty packaging firm. I am a founder of a packaging startup attempting to build an online marketplace for primary packaging.

We hired Clearweb Agency to design and implement a new homepage for improved customer engagement.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for web designers using the freelance marketplace, Braintrust. After reviewing multiple agencies we settled on Mike and his agency. I picked them for their portfolio of past projects with similar B2B clients.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Our project was to build a new better designed and higher converting homepage. Clearweb Agency executed really well by first conducting an interview to understand our requirements, making key suggestions for a successful development, and then implementing a design to review on Figma before making it live.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In total, we had one project manager, Mike.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I've gotten comments from existing customers on how much better the website looks and we've definitely received an uptick in engagement since Mike implemented his changes.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between Clearweb and us was very seamless. It was an easy first interview, followed by quick back and forth emails.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was blown away by their knowledge of what works and what doesn't when it comes to a high converting webpage. I also found the clear and direct communication very refreshing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Things could always be done faster, but the quality is more important than the speed and we ended up with a beautiful product.
