Please describe your company and your position there.

We're on a mission to retell the story of education through narrative-led gaming, particularly focusing on language learning. I am the founder.

For what projects/services did your company hire , and what were your goals?

We had just finished our proof of concept but were still exploring what it means that the business is justas much of the product as your product is part of the business.

Therefore when marketing your products you are also marketing your business, a (positive or negative) feedback loop. Phillip really took the time to explain it to us and help us bring out ideas we had previously dismissed.

How did you select this vendor?

I visited the vendors website and was impressed by his videographic content, he delivered it in a fun and interesting way so i booked him.

We began with an exploratory call where we discussed the project and phillip asked questions and listened. He seldom gave his opinion unless we asked for it and wasn't afraid to tell us wrong if he thought we were. The second session consisted of him reviewing our positioning and presentations and providing helpful feedback.

Just Philip worked with us.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have a better tagline and our pitch deck looks pretty good, Phillips success is hard to quantify as branding and core identity work is quite intangible, nevertheless, it gave us a really good and clear idea of who we are and where we're going.

Phillip is very communicative and attentive we met once a week and had quick chats in between.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

His willingness and desire to understand us and support us beyond this immediate project impressed us. His dedication to his work and the high standards he sets makes it crystal clear that he's not an amateur and he cares about his work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would have liked notes/ recorded the meeting but that's something I'll do next time.

I’m the president of an independent financial advisory firm. We serve and help households achieve their retirement goals.

I hired Philip Agnello Creative Consulting to help me develop a company name, logo, website, content, and brand strategy. We’re working with them to determine any areas of opportunity to target new businesses and then develop marketing and advertising opportunities for those specific channels.

I worked with Philip (Founder) himself and he’s hired several consultants to complement his services.

I had a prior relationship with Philip before he started his company which allowed me to see some of his past works. Because of this, I thought he’d be a good fit to help me at my company.

I believe I’ve invested roughly around $25,000 CAD (approximately $19,000 USD)

What is the status of this engagement?

We started our ongoing partnership in November 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Philip Agnello Creative Consulting expands my visibility to my network and to potential clients significantly. It’s difficult to quantify but through word of mouth and email marketing, they increase my awareness to 200-300 new people.

In terms of lead generation, they’ve helped me generate 50–100 new leads where I’ve closed two significant leads. I’ve already made more through these leads than I have spent on the services, too.

How did Philip Agnello Creative Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

Pre-COVID-19, we communicated in person, through email, and phone. They display high attention to detail, good communication, and they do what they say they’re going to do on time. I believe they do a great job in terms of project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with the team’s passion and how they deliver high-quality and creative work. We also like their ability to understand different businesses in different industries.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It’s too early to say at this point but nothing comes to mind.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

The advice I would give is to know your business, your needs, and what type of service in terms of developing your marketing and creativity to generate new leads in your line of industry. Understand your clients and what channels you need to invest in and capitalize on that.
