Paracon started by mapping our housekeeping, maintenance, and supply workflows, then turned those into clear wireframes so we could review how the system would look and behave before development. From there, they built a centralized web and mobile tool where supervisors can create and manage housekeeping schedules, log and track maintenance issues, and keep an eye on supply levels in one place. They also included a simple dashboard for supervisors that shows the daily status at a glance what rooms are in progress, which maintenance requests are open, and whether any supplies need attention so it’s easier to coordinate the team each day.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Maintenance issues were logged and tracked more reliably, with fewer missed or forgotten tasks.
Supply counts became more accurate, which reduced shortages and urgent orders.
