Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
We have several ongoing projects with their team. Key deliverables include start-to-finish internal application upgrades, implementation of complicated A/B tests for ecommerce websites and advanced DevOps with AWS. Their team is expected to interpret our requirements, establish project specs and execute with minimal issue.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We have been able to complete many more projects so far this year than we would have otherwise with Reenbit. Reenbit helped us complete valuable AB testing projects ahead of holiday season that would have otherwise not been completed. They've also significantly improved our documentation, source control and DevOps which have resulted a lot of time saved in various aspects of development while also future-proofing our code.
Reenbit has also finished many internal application projects such as legacy code upgrades, upgrades to custom ERPs and CRMs and enhancements / implementations of new APIs with our vendors. This has helped us automate a lot of our company's workflow and order processing - saving labor.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Reenbit has communicated extremely well during the duration of our work together. I could not ask for more. They always double check requirements and make efficient use of conference calls as needed. They go above what is asked regarding developer documentation, project specifications and testing. They are always receptive and adapt to project changes and sudden changes in requirements. One thing I particiularly like about Reenbit is they also make suggestions for improvements to requirements or future work - very forward thinking.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What most impressed me about Reenbit was their competency, friendliness and forward-thinking. I did not expect a company to provide valuable input for future development and requirements.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Reenbit could have done differently?
I would not change anything about our current working relationship with Reenbit. They operate very efficiently and effectively.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there. I'm the founder and CEO of Decision Crew.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Reenbit?
We needed help with custom software development and UX/UI design.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Reenbit has delivered custom software development services for us. The team has worked with Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate. We've built a product for one of our clients, and the goal has been to create something user-friendly that reduces complexity and makes the product simple to use. We've needed a combination of great frontend and backend design, requiring both co-development and UX capabilities.
The team has done some API development and used some AI capabilities as part of the Microsoft AI stack. Reenbit has also explored some Python capabilities as part of the exploration phase.
We’ve handled the UX research, but Reenbit has worked with users to test some designs. The team has created mock-ups, and we’ve shown them to users for feedback. Reenbit has then made alterations. We haven’t had very clear user requirements, so we’ve devised ideas ourselves.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with three people from Reenbit. One is the account manager, who oversees our interactions and helps us recruit. The second is a Power Apps developer who helps us with the UI design. The third is a backend data engineer and Power Apps developer who helps us with Databricks and SQL.
How did you come to work with Reenbit?
We met a Reenbit representative at a conference. We had a choice between a couple of service providers. Still, we've chosen Reenbit because they've been easy to work with, their rates have been competitive, and we've quickly established a good relationship with the account lead.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent between $10,000–$25,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in March 2024, and the engagement is ongoing, but it will finish soon, at the end of December 2024.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We believe that our client's time savings will be 20% in terms of process efficiencies. They won’t have to do manual work because we've been automating some of their capabilities. We've built about nine deliverables together, which has resulted in 20% efficiency and cut away the manual effort our client has to do. Reenbit has done fantastically well at delivering to us.
How did Reenbit perform from a project management standpoint?
The team has been very accommodating in their working style, and as a plus, they've helped us find someone very quickly for a particular project we've had. Reenbit communicates very well. Every week, we've been in active conversation and shared a project management tool where they leave comments and resolve tickets. It’s been a very collaborative team effort.
Reenbit has helped us develop great ideas for how the frontend could make it attractive to users; the developer has helped build the SQL code and work in Databricks and designed some of the frontend Power Apps components.
We've used Nifty for Kanban board management and project management. We've also used Microsoft Teams for chats, Outlook, and Guidejar, which helps us automate and screen capture what we’re doing within a tool. We've also used Loom for video recordings.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?
We want to give a shout-out to Julia, the project manager, who has made the overall recruitment and interaction with Reenbit easy. That’s 99% of the reason we started working with them. We’d also like to give a shout-out to the power apps developer, who has been highly efficient in his design. He always comes up with great ideas and finds ways to translate the goal into reality.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Reenbit is a highly professional team that delivers high-quality work. The team is very skilled at identifying the right people for the role.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We could have communicated more efficiently on a particular deliverable. I don't think we can ascribe it entirely to them. It’s more our own internal process. Sometimes, there’s a delay between picking something up and delivering something or explaining it exactly. I think that comes with the nature of remote working. That's the only thing I can think of, and we found that sometimes, something took longer than we wanted it to because of that. But that's just a process, not an issue with their work.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Work closely with the account lead. Their account lead was very flexible and helped us recruit and find the right candidates, so clearly communicated with the account lead. We’ve interviewed the people who have come onto our project, and I recommend keeping that process. It helps you find someone who fits well with you. If you have clear specifications and communication, you can’t go wrong working with them.

Though it has varied, we’ve worked with 2–3 people from their team, including IT consultants and analysts.
How did you come to work with Reenbit?
We got acquainted through Upwork. We chose them because of their flexibility, availability of consultants, and quality.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $100,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in November 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

How did Reenbit perform from a project management standpoint?
They have managed the project through Jira and communicated via Microsoft Teams.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They're all domain experts, and we’ve been impressed by their flexibility and the range of services they offer. They stand out in their flexibility and trust compared to other agencies I’ve worked with. That’s hard to find.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No. They’ve been available for exactly what I’ve needed.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Invest in good communication channels and set up regular check-ins, especially in the beginning. Be thorough in the interview stage because that’s your best chance to select the consultants.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and position.
I am the Sr Product Manager of a development agency
Describe what your company does in a single sentence.
A creative agency that specializes in web, CMS, and e-commerce development.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Reenbit to accomplish?
Rebuild a monolithic and archaic e-commerce platform into a modern stateless containerized application in Azure.
Future proof the new platform to work with existing database and APIs to support the immediate needs of business, with the longterm goal was to decouple these services.
Provide API-first development to allow for scaling FE implementation across web and native devices.
SOLUTION
How did you find Reenbit?
Worked with founders at previous company.
Why did you select Reenbit over others?
High ratings
Pricing fit our budget
Great culture fit
Good value for cost
Company values aligned
How many teammates from Reenbit were assigned to this project?
2-5 Employees
Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Problem to solve:
The company's current e-commerce experiences, which include a direct-sales model, rely on a third-party "business engine" which cannot be replaced. This forces the experience to fit within the existing data structures and technologies.
Functionality cannot be easily updated to conform to the modern standard of e-commerce that users have come to expect because the monolithic development environment is clunky and restrictive.
Additionally, server-side rendering is used to build HTML views, which means higher response times, frequent page refreshes, and less flexibility on the client side.
Solution:
Introduce a new platform that uses static HTML with a react-based front-end, pulling content from a new headless CMS that integrates data from the immovable business engine.
A brand-new REST API layer must be built to transfer the information in a standard format (JSON) as opposed to server-generated HTML, which combines everything.
The API layer must be built in a modular way so that each module can be separately extracted to its own physical boundary (microservice) in the future.
The API layer will communicate with the third-party database, which will be hidden behind the abstraction layer so that it brings better opportunities to get rid of the dependency in the future.
This platform must be delivered, from start to finish, in nine months.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
At the start of the project, the reenbit team conducted discovery of the technical requirements, including cost considerations, and published a technical design that was reviewed, revised, and approved by the IT team in less than a week. They leveraged vast expertise in Azure to design and implement a robust, scalable, and secure microservices architecture:
Established environments, pipeline, and swagger docs, enabling developers to start work within days.
Built a prototype of a headless CMS with a plugin that pulled in real data from the third-party's sandbox database to prove the viability of the proposed CMS solution (Builder.io) in a 2-week sprint.
Continued development of backend integration into the headless CMS pushed the limits of the existing technology.
Quick and creative problem-solving resulted in solutions that impressed not only the client but also the technology leads at Technical leadership was exceptional at tackling complex interactions in small, iterative steps and worked closely with a co-located frontend and design team to ensure that backend development was staying ahead of frontend development to return expected responses via API.
At the end of each sprint, the team demonstrated user-testable features with full-stack implementation. Throughout the development lifecycle, Reenbit showcased a deep understanding of Azure services, optimizing the platform for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency. Their attention to detail and exceptional ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike, facilitated quick turnarounds and removed blockers for the team.
Combined with a commitment to delivering high-quality code, the result was a solution that exceeded expectations in timelines and outputs. In just nine months, the team delivered the following functionality from scratch via API microsevices in a containerized stateless app in 18 localized markets:
A brand new online shopping experience for customers that was configurable in a CMS by non-technical growth marketing teams.
An API-driven checkout process that included complex tax rules in each market to support the enrollment of independent distributors who could purchase products at deep discounts for resale.
Built and standardized, via an API layer, multiple alternative cash payment methods from disparate third parties to deliver a seamless frontend experience.
Complex customer reward loyalty program enabling referrers and referees to earn and spend credits based on spending thresholds.
Variety of discount levels for multiple customer types, including limited-time promotions.
Maintain the integrity of existing customer data and accounts.
*Provided logging, monitoring, load, and performance testing.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Responsible specifically for backend and DevOps, the team integrated into the agile development process, which was shared with the design and frontend teams. The Reenbit team lead participated in all grooming, planning, and demo meetings. He defined technical tasks in the sprint for their team, with complete visibility and accountability to other dev teams as well as stakeholders. The team was successful in delivering its goals in every sprint.
What was your primary form of communication with Reenbit?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The speed and efficacy with which the Reenbit team assessed needs, solved problems and communicated constantly and clearly with all contributors and stakeholders was unparalleled. Additionally, they introduced a brand-new platform that solved complex problems and could scale while avoiding analysis paralysis or over-engineering.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Reenbit could have done differently?
Honestly, I can't think of anything. Of course, no team is perfect, but their ability to constantly assess, adjust, and iterate demonstrates that they are always improving.

Reenbit’s teammates are passionate about their work and always eager to receive feedback. Moreover, the client is highly impressed with their commitment, expertise, and communication skills. They manage the project well, meet deadlines adequately, and lead a fantastic partnership.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and CEO of Cloudbooking. We provide a cloud-hosted solution that allows companies of all shapes and sizes to manage and utilize their space better. The product is a system; the portal and mobile app have integration with Outlook and Google to make the process of booking a space in the workplace easier for the staff.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Reenbit?
In the early period of the first COVID-19 lockdown in the UK, nobody was using our services. We had the opportunity to rewrite the system from scratch, so we set out to create a UK-based team made up of our IT people, external contractors, and new recruits to build our core product using microservices architecture and API integration at its core.
We wanted to build a system that could help people work more agilely when we emerged from the COVID-19 pandemic. Moreover, we wanted something that we could scale across large enterprises, deploy quickly, and maintain easily.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
First, our staff did the core work alongside many specialist contractors in the UK. Once the core work was finished, Reenbit took over the feature work, which was less focused. We initially gave them specific tasks and allowed them to work independently. Then, we pulled their backend developers into our UK-based internal team.
We currently have four development teams. We’ve integrated Reenbit’s staff, so they all work together so we can be more productive. The solution is a microservices architected platform, and they use .NET, Cosmos DB, and React as the programming languages.
What is the team composition?
We started with 12 developers from their side. We’ve gone up and down depending on the demand, but we consistently work with at least nine teammates.
How did you come to work with Reenbit?
We were looking for third-party developers in Eastern Europe, and a colleague recommended Reenbit.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we’ve spent about $1.5 million.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began our engagement in May 2021, and it’s ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Initially, our development team didn’t think it would work, but our partnership has been fantastic. Reenbit’s teammates have been passionate about all the projects they’ve been involved in. If anything, they’ve been even more dedicated since the Russian Invasion of Ukraine started. We’re really impressed with them, and the highest compliment we can pay them is that two of our development teams are led by Reenbit’s members. Overall, we couldn’t do it without them.
How did Reenbit perform from a project management standpoint?
We’ve had some delays, but that’s usual in development. Nonetheless, we’ve never had any concerns or criticisms about their ability to meet deadlines. We’re happy with their project management, and the communication is excellent. Reenbit’s team is well-integrated with us, and they’re a key part of our business operations.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We’ve been really impressed with how they’ve engaged with our team. Reenbit is keen to get feedback from clients, and they bring in fantastic senior developers.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, we’ve been satisfied with everything they’ve done.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone with similar requirements. Our strategy was to integrate them into the project, and it worked well for us. However, I’m sure they’re equally capable of managing projects independently with a defined brief and deadline.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm a solution architect at a consultancy company. We are UK based with members in various countries, active in the UK, Europe, Africa, etc., operating both onshore and offshore. We work with a small number of clients at any one time and maintain long-term relationships. We are experts in building in-company systems and websites while also being professional in mobile development, cloud services, and AI.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Reenbit, and what were your goals?
We launched a project with a UK-based property management company. Basically, this company is employed by property owners to manage their properties. Landlords are now required to bear greater responsibility for the safety of the properties they own, which inevitably results in a need for a system for storing all necessary data about properties. Our team had already conducted a business analysis and we realised we needed a dedicated tech team for further development.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were looking for a trusted development partner and found Reenbit through a google search. They've appeared appealing to us due to their high ratings on platforms and positive reviews from their other clients.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Basically, they built the whole system from the beginning to the end - they presented wireframes, built advanced architecture and database. In essence, the Reenbit team has developed a single-page application with separate API and front-end parts hosted on-premise.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with a team of 4 experts: a back-end developer, a front-end developer, a project manager, and a tech lead.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Right now we have two ongoing projects, and I'm highly satisfied with their services.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
They were excellent in terms of project management: highly organized and professional.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their level of technical knowledge is outstanding. Secondly - a very high level of communication. And also their ability to think in business terms and understand business goals.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I can't think of anything.

“They’re amazing team members. They show deep domain knowledge, which is hard to find.”
Reenbit provides custom software development services for an environmental food chain startup. They work with the internal team on product design and technical refinement of the SQL-based relational database.
Internal stakeholders have been exceedingly satisfied with Reenbit’s performance and quality work. The team has been able to learn about complex issues within weeks, and they’ve fixed over 1,000 bugs so far. Also, they’re reliable and incredibly skilled. Customers can expect a dependable partner.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the chief product officer and co-founder of a global startup that measures the environmental impact of food using technology. We’re in the business of lifecycle assessment and are rapidly scaling up.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Reenbit?
We needed to scale the business. Instead of directly hiring, we wanted to bring people onto our team or compartmentalize an entire piece of work, having them deliver certain specifications.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Initially, Reenbit worked with us to refine the scope and understand the technical elements that could increase our budget beyond what we wanted to spend. Besides that, much of the product refinement was done by our internal teams. We provided them with documentation for the project, and the discovery phase was swift. They aided us with their thorough analytic approach to ensure the requirements were complete and practicable. From there, we moved into the project enablement, which is ongoing.
They robustly document the technical solutions. We’re not very prescriptive on technical aspects. We initially gave them the idea of how it needed to fit in because it needed to work with our existing backend and frontend framework, so there were strict requirements.
Three people from Reenbit’s staff are fully integrated team members. We have high expectations, and they’re involved in the product design ideation and technical refinement. Mainly, they work and operate as our staff, but Reenbit supports them. It’s an excellent model; it ensures they’re always up to date on training and returning the best value.
They work on the SQL-based relational database. It’s a system to manage the complex, scientific-based data we use to measure the impacts. It’s basically our reference data database. Moreover, it’s worth noting that it integrates a vital element of our platform, which means that the data they put into the system can come from our clients directly. Although it’s not client-facing, the data security model needs to be good enough to support the inquisitional teams from some of the world's largest food brands. Therefore, they go into great detail to ensure we’re absolutely secure. It has a high-security stance on the data; otherwise, it’s relatively simple data management.
What is the team composition?
We work with the owner of the company, Volodymyr (Manual QA Engineer), Oleg (Senior Frontend Developer), Anatolii (Senior .NET Developer), and another person.
How did you come to work with Reenbit?
We’d worked with them before. We’d always been thoroughly impressed by their specific management of contained projects and ability to provide collaborative staff. We knew they had an incredibly robust selection program; they could bring excellent engineers and analysts into our team.
How much have you invested in them?
We’ve spent over $100,000 at this stage.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them around February 2021, and the partnership is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’ve come into a multinational team to support a product that was already highly developed and nearly complete but missing direct QA knowledge. They’ve learned about a complex topic; no one had experience with it because it’s very niche. It was a massive domain mountain to climb, but within weeks, they integrated fundamental domain knowledge that our more scientific staff is still failing to do after a year. Mainly, they have an insatiable desire to understand the context of what they’re testing, which showcases their skills and focus as QA.
Beyond that, Reenbit is an incredible machine. They find reliable ways to reproduce deep, complex, and archaic things; they do so in a way that’s well communicated to the development team with technical insight, enabling them to fix bugs faster. At one point, they identified and cleared over 65 bugs in a week, which was a mind-blowing performance for QA. At the absolute peak, it slumped down to about 20–30, but they’ve flushed out probably 1,000 bugs at this stage. Overall, they’re amazing team members. They show deep domain knowledge, which is hard to find.
How did Reenbitv perform from a project management standpoint?
We’ve handled everything in our Azure DevOps. Everything seems to be robustly written down and managed. We also use Slack for communication.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The first thing that impressed us was the handover of the specifications and estimations. They did a big piece of analysis that lasted 5–10 days. They picked it apart and came back with intelligent questions and queries on gaps in specifications. Also, they highlighted all the uncertainties, which enabled them to come back with a robust and defensible estimate. We liked that; we hadn’t seen that before with other outsourced pieces of work.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I honestly can’t think of anything. They’re dependable; we can push anything onto them with any sort of timeframe. If they don’t believe they can do it, they honestly let us know. Also, they seek clarity when things aren’t straightforward. All in all, they’re great team members; I wish we had more of them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
A personal relationship with the founder is crucial. He leads the ship and a lot of the relationship owning. Also, it might be challenging now, but visit them. We’ve done it on a few occasions, and it has helped us bond with the team. Sometimes the Ukrainian humor can take a little time for you to appreciate, but spending a little face time with them is worth every penny. It’ll be a great time; they’re fantastic hosts.

A data analytics company hired Reenbit to develop a custom .NET software that links to different customer’s data sources. The team also created digital forms where data could be manually captured by the system.
By successfully developing complicated software, Reenbit has positively transformed the way the client carries out their services. The team has managed the entirety of the project well, setting clear expectations and meeting them at every turn. They’re comprehensive, communicative, and punctual.

transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the managing director of a small data analytics company based in Cape Town. We do a lot of advanced analytics using AI, and we primarily service the mining and engineering sector in South Africa and all over the world.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Reenbit?
We initially tried to engage local software developers, but we struggled with the low availability, high costs, and high turnover rates. That is why we chose to work with Reenbit to develop the central application through which we run our business.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Reenbit was tasked with developing our data management portal from scratch. They also did some design work for us, collaborating with our team to create the mock-ups for the software.
The portal itself is a .NET application based on Microsoft Azure, which Reenbit customized to allow our clients to log in and view their Power BI and analytics dashboards. The custom application connects to live data sources from our client’s sites, but Reenbit created digital forms where data could be manually inputted as well.
Apart from our central business application, Reenbit also developed a data portal for one of our clients. This client builds plastic panels that they use on vibrating screens within mines, so Reenbit built a custom feature that could visualize and digitally recreate the grid layout of those plastic panels. It was a very novel functionality in that our client could click on each panel through our software, see if it’s failing, and go on to change or repair it.
What is the team composition?
Our primary contact is Igor (CEO), the lead developer. We’ve also worked with Yuriy (Technical Lead) and interacted with Julia (Business Development Manager).
How did you come to work with Reenbit?
When we decided that engaging local developers wasn’t the best route for us, we ended up looking overseas. Reenbit was recommended to us by another company that we knew, so we got in contact with them and engaged them.
How much have you invested with them?
Thus far, we have spent about $40,000 on their services.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in October 2019, and our partnership is still ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Before we built these products with Reenbit, we were presenting data and dashboards to our clients in a more rudimentary way. We had to ask them to go through a roundabout route of logging onto the Power BI web app.
Obviously, with Reenbit having successfully developed this web portal for us, we’ve unlocked value for our clients and given them the ability to log into a single place or directory to view and log all of their information and data. It has had a positive impact on our business and has definitely been a factor in helping us get market traction and grow within the industries that we work in.
It’s hard to quantify a before and after because it has been such an integral part of what we have been doing over the last couple of years, but it has basically been an aspect or a component of what we are selling to each of our clients at the moment.
How did Reenbit perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve been great in terms of communicating, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget. We’ve built such a good relationship with them because they manage our expectations well, clearly convey the timelines and the costs, and stick to whatever initial estimates they provide.
We use Trello and Microsoft DevOps to manage the project, while Teams is our primary communication channel.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The quality of their work is really impressive. Apart from being recommended by a company that we knew, what drew us to Reenbit in the first place was our confidence in their ability to develop a relatively complicated application. They’re able to break down complex tasks into manageable chunks and implement those effectively.
For instance, the panel management system that they’ve built is a very custom requirement for a very niche industry, and it's not something a lot of people understand or appreciate. Igor and his team have been able to take the scope, really understand what was required, and generate a highly functional piece of software. That is one of the key differentiating factors in my opinion.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there’s nothing I can think of. They perform as expected on all aspects of the project.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
As long as you go in and match Reenbit’s clear communication and effective project scoping, you’ll be able to manage your project, timeline, and budget well. This goes for working with any other vendor as well.
