The project was to update and modernize the existing website, making it more user friendly and stream line the booking process. Additional new add-on to the site including an online shop and linking to other websites for ease of booking

Since our new site launched, we have not only streamlined the staffs works but also made the site much easier for the public to find and book our programs. Our bookings have increased over 100% since last year which I attribute to the modernized website and ease of booking.

Their project management exceeded all of my expectations. Not only was the project completed early but the workmanship was stunning. There was continuous communication through the entire process ensuring every element was designed and implemented perfectly.

Brian at 368 Durham was involved from the beginning during initial design concept meetings regarding functionality, aesthetics, content, and future thinking capabilities like e-commerce. He was able to provide advise on platforms, e-commerce partners, design, etc. before taking on the build of the website. He was then responsible for the execution of the entire build of the website and training on the back end of the website.

368 Durham designed and improved on several drafts of the website. The initial draft was accurate to our requests and how we had invisioned the website. The process for us to provide feedback and request revisions was economic and effective. 

The designer was extremely responsive and met all of the estimated timelines. After completion of the site, a consultation was provided on how to update the site using the builder - this was a particularly valued part of the service.

The website appearance aligned with the information/files provided for the project. All design requests & revisions were actioned.
