We had separate weekly meetings for individual projects. They always brought to the table their next steps and vision so we could see a clear path. They would send meeting summaries and overall reports at the end of each month. They worked to learn our project management software and collaborate on that platform. And most of all, they were readily available on WhatsApp when we had questions. We always felt we had an open channel of communication and could reach them for support whenever we needed it.

They’ve done a great job. I’m a bit different from other business owners because I like to give my partners the freedom to create. The Work Of Art team has been able to perform and adhere to the framework, and the experience has been great. I don’t like to pay for things that don’t work for me, so they’re obviously doing something great. Their services are worth the money, and I’m happy. In terms of communication, we initially spoke quite frequently, but nowadays, we only touch base when we need to. We usually talk whenever they make significant changes to the site or the ads. The machine is working perfectly, so we don’t see the need to interface with each other constantly.
