The general idea was to help create a web presence and to be able to compete with the top 3 local cleaning companies in my area on google. I was assured within a couple of months there would be a dramatic increase in business and calls (Spoiler alert, there was not)

Did not achieve anything other than getting a website created and edited once or twice.

I was lucky to get a call a month at first. They blew up my phone when looking to sign me on as a customer, but once I signed up and started paying the level of attention and care decreased rapidly. Multiple days to get a response even by email. After asking to change project managers, communication certainly improved but overall a very very poor experience

Are there any areas for improvement or something Staylisted could have done differently?

Staylisted could have performed better in terms of reaching the goals set out for me at the beginning. They could have replied quickly and efficiently in order to avoid bigger problems.

I’m the founder and director of Twist Entertainers LLC. We’re New York City’s leading balloon art and entertainment company.

We wanted to maximize our SEO performance.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed to improve our Google rankings to boost sales.

How did you select this vendor?

They reached out to us multiples times, offering to get my website ranking on the first results page of Google searches for relevant keywords. Ultimately, I decided to give them a shot.

Staylisted promised to improve our search rankings. Instead of working with our existing site, they built their own version and worked on ranking that.

What was the team composition?

They provided an account manager as our main point of contact throughout the engagement. I decided to end our contract, but we were still charged. I asked to speak with Staylisted’s supervisor, but my account manager wouldn’t permit any interaction and refused to refund the payment.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There was no progress in the seven months we worked with Staylisted. They did nothing to help our actual website. We weren’t ranking for any keywords, and our sales rates hadn’t changed. Not only did they create a noticeably inferior second website for our business, but failed to rank that one as well. The Google algorithm wasn’t recognizing us as a serious business because we had multiple web properties for the same purpose. Overall, they did a horrible job.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was not at all effective. Additionally, they failed to take any responsibility for the quality of their service. It’s clear that they’re not very concerned with their customers’ satisfaction.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I’m not impressed by any aspect of their performance.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Staylisted should work harder to provide the level of service they advertise and increase their customer support skills. Additionally, they should stop charging their clients after they terminate the partnership. This experience was a complete waste of my money.

My last rep after 2 years of doing nothing is a poor customer service agent and lied and talked bad about others . Was promised I could buy my domain that they hold hostage . Worst service rep in my 40+ years in this industry

I worked with Staylisted to build a website for my business and so I could show up on the search engines. The website has all of my services and my business is coming up for many of the services we're working on. I got a website and google listing and directories.

They completed everything within a few weeks. Everytime I email them or call them I get a call back same day or next day.

I wish they would text me if I don't answer the phone. I get busy sometimes and I can always respond to text.

Yes, be upfront from the begining that your SEO is for a dummy site, linked to your site. Do not insiuate that you promote the companies existing site
