I am the franchise owner of LEI Home Enhancements of Arizona. We are a window and door sales company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Work Of Art Digital Marketing Agency?
I needed help with website maintenance and improvement in terms of SEO, online presence, and marketing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Work Of Art first updated and optimized our existing site. They tweaked the graphics, backend coding, and so on. The team also switched to a much better server to improve the site in terms of quality and user-friendliness. Furthermore, they fixed any broken links and streamlined the flow of the website.
Afterward, the Work Of Art team started working on SEO both on- and off-site. Their efforts started with Facebook ads and then Google Ads. Currently, our focus is on Google Local Services Ads, but they manage our online presence as a whole. The team continues to maintain the website to ensure its stability, and they run a blog on it as well.
What is the team composition?
We work with Austin (Founder). At some point, we worked with one of his web developers. However, we’d mostly interact with him, and he’d delegate to his team.

Austin is a friend of mine whom I met in a program for local small business owners. I was looking to replace my marketer, so I talked to Work Of Art, and I liked them. We also live in the same state, so it was a good deal.

We started working together in April 2020, and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It’s been an excellent investment. The most important metric is how great the ROI has been. Dollar for dollar, we’ve been able to hit our goals within the first six months. We’ve also seen an increase in our Google presence, site traffic, and the leads generated through our site. Overall, it’s been a successful project, and I’ve seen improvements that make me want to keep working with the Work Of Art team.
How did Work Of Art Digital Marketing Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve done a great job. I’m a bit different from other business owners because I like to give my partners the freedom to create. The Work Of Art team has been able to perform and adhere to the framework, and the experience has been great. I don’t like to pay for things that don’t work for me, so they’re obviously doing something great. Their services are worth the money, and I’m happy.
In terms of communication, we initially spoke quite frequently, but nowadays, we only touch base when we need to. We usually talk whenever they make significant changes to the site or the ads. The machine is working perfectly, so we don’t see the need to interface with each other constantly.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re really honest with their work and communication. Other marketers have claimed to produce similar results, but only Work Of Art delivered. They’re one of the few people who can actually walk the talk. I was able to give them the reins and the freedom to be creative, and I couldn’t be happier.

I can sometimes be a critical person, but I really can’t think of anything they could improve.

I’m the owner of Galvez & Partners. Starting in 2014, we’re a marketing and advertising agency that focuses on media buying, graphic design strategy, concepts, digital marketing, and more. Our team serves as a full-service marketing agency for national and international clients.
What challenge were you trying to address with WOA Digital?
We were dealing with a few clients that needed elaborate, high-end websites. While our team does website work, we needed an external partner for these more robust demands, including Google Ads. When it came to tackling work with two clients, in particular, we needed full-time attention from a more experienced partner.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The websites were done on WordPress, focusing on SEO, PPC, and Google Ads. To implement their work and make the site user-friendly, they essentially took over the site, optimizing it for SEO and adjusting our clients’ overall web presence. They helped with Google reviews and reputation management, as well, to transform the site and its online presence.

I’ve worked with Antonio on other projects before. When we needed help, he was the first person I spoke to about the work. That’s when he brought Austin into the mix. It was pretty easy because, in our initial discussions about the work, they had all the skills to take the project on. Within a week, we met with the client, signed a contract, and started working immediately.
How much have you invested with them?
Our monthly spend with them varies but, on average, we spend between $5,000–$7,000 on their services each month.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in August 2018, and one of our clients still have a monthly SEO package with them. Our team is also still pitching a couple more projects their way.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The results from their SEO work were impressive. As soon as we started working with them, the sites were bringing in more leads and online submissions, which I attribute to their success in building and user-friendly site.
Our client was getting 5–6 referrals per day just from Google Ads. That was incredible for us to see, and the client was ecstatic. It was a little expensive, but the results were definitely there.
We went from advertising on radio and getting an average of 4–5 clients per day, to working with WOA Digital and upping conversions to 12–15 per day. Everything was 100% transparent on a metrics dashboard they set up for us. We were very impressed.
How did WOA Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
It was pretty standard. They abided by our timelines and worked quickly to stay within our first campaign that required a quick turnaround time.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their experience with Google Ads really distinguishes them. There’s plenty of website developers and digital marketing firms out there, but their SEO and Google Ads management is the best I’ve seen. Their knowledge and experience stand out. Most dabble in this area, but they’re experts in it.

Because of their expertise and enthusiasm, sometimes meetings can be a bit long.

Be completely transparent with your goals and KPIs, so you set the expectations from the beginning. Determine the budget and stay firm to it, because they’ll make it work. If there are changes in the campaign because you didn’t communicate expectations from the start, things are less likely to work out.

Austin is extremely responsive. Whenever I call, he gets right back to me, which is very helpful. Even if he can’t speak with me immediately, he lets me know when he’s available to discuss our work.
