I never had to log into it, but they sent me all their logs. When we switched to the development phase and were checking bugs, we used a tool called DoneDone. It was very easy to use and an efficient way to collaborate.

Scada is excellent at delivering large projects over a long time — projects with them are a marathon, not a sprint. Scada follows agile methodologies, but sometimes their work takes more time than we've scheduled. Although they do sometimes miss deadlines, it's because they're over-delivering — they think through each step and do whatever it takes to excel.
