The project involved the end-to-end design and development of a custom internal CRM system tailored to the client's specific business processes. The scope included initial discovery and requirement gathering sessions to understand user roles, workflows, and pain points. Based on these insights, the team created wireframes and user flows before moving into full-stack development.

The CRM was built to manage client information, track communications, assign internal tasks, and monitor project progress. Integration with existing tools such as email, calendar, and file storage systems was also included.

Ongoing collaboration and agile sprints allowed for iterative feedback and adjustments, ensuring alignment with user needs throughout development. 

Post-launch support included QA testing, user training, documentation, and maintenance.

• Rates were highly competitive  - significantly better than the standard rates in Australian market. They did not compromise on quality and professionalism. 
• Although the actual development work was handled by their offshore team, we worked closely with their Australian based management, which gave us confidence and ensured clear communication. This setup increased our trust in the process and allowed us to get high quality results at a much more effective rate. 
• Maintained full transparency throughout the project, we knew which stage we were in and without hidden costs. 
• They followed instructions well - actively solved problems and improved actual ideas. 
• They were quite responsive - communicated well. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something East Nova Tech could have done differently?

While the overall experience was really good, there was a minor areas there things could have been smoother. There were times, the time zone difference with the offshore team led to slight delays in responses. However the australian management team was always there to bridge the gap, so it did not impact the project timeline.
