I am the Co-Founder of City MOGULS and oversee all marketing, sales and operations within the organization. City MOGULS is an online community that supports early-stage entrepreneurs with mentorship, resources, and events to help them become the next generation of purpose driven leaders.

For what projects/services did your company hire An Infinite Number of Monkeys?

We had hired a different marketing company to build a fairly complex WordPress website with full membership subscriptions and a dynamic portal for members only.

However we weren't happy with the design or operation of the site, which is why we started looking for a new company who could handle not only a complex back-end, but migrate all existing data and of course design a beautiful and easy-to-navigate front-end that blended with our brand perfectly. On top of that, due to some upcoming events, we needed the project finished on a fairly tight deadline.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After interviewing An Infinite Number of Monkeys, we shortlisted them for their impressive portfolio. However, what really finalized the search was both how easy they were to communicate with while being very responsive, and their "Website as a Service" that folds all upfront and ongoing costs into a simple monthly charge, ensures everything regarding the website is always taken care. I simply love not having to worry about ANYTHING anymore and being able to hang on to capital is a hug win in terms of cashflow.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team delivered a home page design along with site navigation and a few other key pages. We continued to iterate those designs while building out the rest of the site until it was perfect, and offered many helpful suggestions along the way about SEO, site performance and how we could further automate our business processes, which was much appreciated.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. There were also other developers and a designer working behind the scenes.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It's too early to tell but based on how much faster pages are to load, how much easier the site is to navigate, how well laid out our content is and how much nicer it is to look at, I am fully expecting that we will acquire new members faster and existing member drop-off will decrease.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

After the initial kick-off meeting, they requested any information they needed via email. All in all, it was efficient and they were able to meet our deadline. If anything was urgent or timely they would give me a call to get it sorted and complete.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their quality of work is second to none, and I'm so impressed with how quickly and efficiently they get things done. The fact they take care of absolutely everything and are always happy to do it. They also went above and beyond, creating an even nicer member portal than we expected.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

So far I have been 100% satisfied with their services so I don't yet have suggestions for improvement.
