Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a marketing and content specialist at Kaladi Brothers Coffee, as well as its sister companies.

What challenge were you trying to address with Hype Digital Marketing?

When I joined the team, our marketing department was fairly new and our website was outdated. We hired Hype Digital Marketing to take on our website rebuild.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hype Digital Marketing did a full rebuild of our WordPress website. Our e-commerce is handled through WooComemrce, and the team has helped with Stripe as well.

Along with web design and maintenance, they’ve also helped with digital marketing including Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO. They’re currently setting up a learning management system for us through Ultimate Learning Pro.

Most of my communication is with Matt (Digital Marketing Specialist).

How did you come to work with Hype Digital Marketing?

We heard about Hype Digital Marketing through another marketing company that we worked with in the past. I joined the team after they came on.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $25,000–$50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

I began working with them in 2017, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since we began working with Hype Digital Marketing, we’ve had year-over-year (YoY) growth. This year, we’ve increased our website sales by 200%.

How did Hype Digital Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re always on time and within budget, and they’re flexible. If we need anything, we shoot them a message via Slack, and we’re also in communication weekly. We communicate via email and text.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They always over-promise and over-deliver. This means that they tell us they’ll do their best, and they end up doing better. I’ve always been impressed with Matt’s timeliness.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not that I can think of. They haven’t disappointed us.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a good relationship with them and treat them with respect and Hype Digital Marketing will do so much for you and your company. They’re friendly and professional, and they do solid work.
