All items were delivered on time and were happy with the way that they worked with us providing changes where required. All the requirements that we asked were delivered on time including some elements which were under lots of time pressure. Lots of feedback and very easy to work with. Their knowledge of our telecoms market is invaluable as well as they were able to understand requirements without us having to explain in detail with what we are doing.

Athlon worked with a lot of flexibility to make sure that we came away from the time-limited exercise with the artefacts that were most important to us. With the brand messaging in particular, they took us in a direction that we weren't initially anticipating, but that turned out to be absolutely authentic for us and appropriate for our audience. Although the rapid sprints brought a lot of flexibility to the process, they also necessitated rapid reviews of deliverables.
