We submit all the bugs, changes, and requests into the system and it can all be categorized, discussed, and marked as complete, straight from the developers. The project manager has also done a good job of sort of doing what they need to do, keeping the oversight of things, and reporting back to us promptly. The communication has always been open and we’ve never had any trouble with getting updates.

They always had a positive mindset, even when we made requests that other agencies might consider unreasonable. Towards the end of the project, we requested that they significantly increase the size of the data sets without fully realizing how much work it would entail. They were able to quickly and accurately identify all the necessary steps to achieving that goal. Also, we had to completely redesign the site and rebuild several features a month before project launch, and the Beyond team understood the necessity and stepped up to the challenge with absolutely no complaints.

Atlas managed the project management and delivery of the project, liaising with key customer stakeholders on a range of issues including requirements gathering, implementation, testing, deployment, support, and security. We were really rather impressed with Atlas’ attempts to try and get the Access database working. Other suppliers we spoke with were quick to recommend the time-intensive and costly option to throw the database away and start over. Atlas’ attempts to not take the “easy” route reassured us that their approach was one of partnership rather than purely revenue driven.
