We had an old system for how the runner gets registered for our running event. We needed advice how to make it more user-friendly, what is the best flow so the ticketing goes to the right person and also how to make it faster. The 3 key areas to focus on were: Improving registration flow for runners, making faster loading of the runner registration system, optimizing the ticket management system.

The system is significantly faster than before and is more user-friendly from the backend side of the system and the user side perspective. Runners who are using our system to get their registration done spend less time and have no issue completing it without our involvement.

We searched online and interviewed extensively - having had 2 very bad past experiences. Pixelfield were the best fit for our brief and budget and they have surpassed our hopes in delivery.

Very efficient. Know what they're doing - but amazingly lacking in the arrogance that most tech teams seem to have. They are a very friendly and patient team who added value to our brief. We will be continuing to work with them to expand and replicate our App - and I have already recommended them to colleagues.

I'm the founder of a new social network. We're a start-up with international ambitions. We are based in Prague, but our location is all over the world.

The first idea was just to validate the idea and create a prototype. The Pixelfield boys don't just go as a pen to draw you. They act as a partner who wants to take your business further and help you make your project a success.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals are great, but I believe that with Pixelfield's partner, we are able to achieve them. The first goal was to validate the concept and put together the MVP and the whole application. We have achieved this goal and now face recruiting and moving the application forward.

I searched online and made comparisons. Pixelfield appealed to me most, and above all, CEO Filipa's friendly and supportive approach convinced me to make my app with them.

First, I was referred to designer Dominik, who was able to find what we were looking for in the app with an amazing approach. Pixelfield was ready and there was no need for a single live meeting, we did it all over the internet. \

As a start-up company, they had a lot of experience that might or might not work. They then transfer this experience to applications. Subsequently, we shifted to a development that works just as well.

If you want to be there, you have the opportunity to talk directly to the developers, communicate your comments, on the contrary, if you want time, one of the guys will take care of you and handle all the comments for you.

What was the team composition?

As I wrote, Pixelfield gives you carte blanche on this. If you want comments directly from the developers, you can.

If you want peace of mind, you'll have your account manager. Of course, there are plenty of people - from developers, designers to testers to test the functionality of your app.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Right now, we're still ahead of the start phase, so I expect to share the numbers later. But for me, the greatest achievement is that we put together a concept at all.

My assignment was hard enough to understand, yet it went exactly as I imagined. I am completely satisfied and that is important to me.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

A lot of tools are used for work. Google hangouts are practically a daily routine, Miro to validate concepts, Google Workspace to work with documents and data. There was virtually no need to use the telephone because we did all the work through these tools and it worked beautifully.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their approach to work. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is unsure of their concept and needs help. I think Pixelfield is ready to do big projects and send you in the right direction. As I've written, they're more of a partner than a company.

I think their work is very high quality and if I ever had another digital product, I certainly know who I would go to.
