We hired Earthr to work on our new website for InnovationWorks. From day one, they were professional, easy to talk to, and really listened to what we needed. They made sure our site clearly explained who we are, what we do, and made it simple for clients to find information and read testimonials from our previous work.

The design they came up with is super user-friendly and looks fantastic. They were always open to our feedback and made sure everything was just right before the site went live.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with our new website. The team at Earthr was amazing, and I’d definitely work with them again. Thanks, Earthr, for making this whole process so smooth and enjoyable!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were really pleased with the end product, the designs looked great, however when we saw the results in the build of the website everything just seemed to come together nicely. 

We also liked how they were really receptive to feedback. Our team values the details quite a bit, and Earthr took note of our feedback points and made sure they were all addressed, which showed how organised Earthr were. Sabri from Earthr really made us feel like he cared about our project and it felt like he always wanted to give us the best designs and build.

Earthr managed the project well, our team were always informed at every step of the way, it was easy to provide feedback and the turnaround time to resolve things was always quick.

Very keen eye for design. Modern, clean aesthetics. Quick to understand our requirements and details of the product.

For the price and time commitment, no. Even deeper familiarity with the inner workings of the product might have made collaboration a bit easier, but that would be roughly founding / full-time designer level expectations.

I'm the Partner Solutions Manager at my company; a mobile app for food delivery and brand loyalty.

For what projects/services did your company hire Earthr, and what were your goals?

We partnered up with the team to develop the food delivery app we have been working on since the pandemic. Our goal was to deliver an app for our users to provide them with excellent delivery service and also benefit from bonuses and loyalty points.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had mutual connections with the designers and developers working for Earthr and word-of-mouth helped us sign with them along the way. The deciding factors were their commitment to the work, and the references we heard was good.

We aimed for a successfull food and beverage delivery app; making sure that we cover the features needed to provide continuous and convenient service for our users. The initial steps were to build the app during pandemic to meet customer needs. First we developed the app with its core needed features and then started working on the side features outside the MVP. Technologies used were Webflow, PHP, React Native, Node.JS.

A fullstack and a mobile app developer, a designer and a project manager. We had a dedicated team of 4 people working with us.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We mainly achieved the deliverables we aimed for at the beginning in a mannerly time so that was good. The timeline shifted due to business requirements and outcomes of the pandemic but they were patient with us and covered the needs of the project fast, adopted very well.

We communicated with the team via Slack, covered task management via Asana. The team is eager to share ideas and offer new solutions or possible alternative ways to make things better with us. Project Management process was smooth, and we're still working with them up to this day.

Their willing to provide better solutions and their motivation to learn while working together. The team culture is built on growing together so it goes well for both our part and their team as well. They always try to come up with solutions to any of the problems we had, and that's what we found impressive.

They is always room for improvement and they know that as a team as well. We think we'll have a longterm partnership.
