We were weary of working with a remote partner, but they assuaged those discomforts from early in the engagement. It’s a very organized operation, and they’re notably not a shop that’s looking to drive up total cost by logging the last incremental hour or small change orders. They were honest and frank in projecting the time required to complete each project phase. They delivered everything they promised, both in terms of timeline and the all-in cost of the project.
