They’re quite responsive; in the past, we worked with other providers who were not as Agile in terms of system developments. Atlas seems to be fairly Agile in making hotfixes or improvements where they can. If something needs deeper coding, it stays on their roadmap, but their communication with us is always positive and open. We’ve never had to chase them for updates.
