      Ultimately, what distinguishes Momentum from others we've worked with is that they put together nice designs. We've had a lot of in-house attempts to execute designs for multiple products, and although what we did was OK, nobody got excited. That also holds true for external consultants we've used.

      They were very solid on the project management side. Momentum understands very well not just the project scope of what we're trying to do, but the process and methodology and why it's so important. They patiently help the client understand where things can be corrected as the project starts to take different directions. That's the one thing that impressed me most about Momentum. They were focused on the value of every dollar that was spent and they absolutely did not want to burn money from a client without providing value. For Momentum, value was paramount and project management was the key to that. Without solid project management and communication following a very repeatable process and approach, it makes it very difficult to cross the finish line. Passion is number one. They're very passionate about what they do. They don't try to dabble in everything, they focus on a core set of services, which makes them very good at what they do.

      We had a data-intensive dashboard, and Momentum Design Lab successfully condensed it. Rather than having several dozen pages that our customers would need to look at to get information, the platform only had a handful of pages. This made the UX design a lot better; users didn’t have to jump around quite as much as before. Overall, the team did a great job incorporating all our data into a smaller number of pages without overwhelming users.

      Faster and easier property search, clearer navigation and filtering, a simpler path from search to contacting an agent, and a consistent UI across web, mobile, and the agency portal. The files we received were organised, documented, and built as a proper design system with reusable components, so our engineers could implement without constantly going back for clarification. That is rarer than it should be. They were also comfortable pushing back. If we asked for something that would have created a confusing experience for users, they said so and showed us an alternative.
