The measureable outcomes were: (1) the updated design was clean and consistent with the aesthetic of our website and (2) the code that Equal provided was easy to implement by our IT team.

Yes - Equal provided the deliverables on time.  They were also responsive and were able to accommodate our schedule.  There was a significant time zone difference, but it was never an issue. The team at Equal was flexible and responsive.

They are professional, responsive, and deliver good work.  Even though there is a large geographic and timezone difference between us, it was never a problem.  If needed, we will consult with them again on website related projects.

A Game-Changer for My Business
When I approached Equal, my moving company faced major challenges—lost boxes, inefficient manual processes, and customer disputes. My employees spent hours on documentation, and tracking shipments was unreliable. I needed a solution to streamline operations and improve customer trust.  

Equal didn’t offer a one-size-fits-all fix; they first analyzed my business, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies. They proposed an ERP system with two key flows—one for employees to manage shipments seamlessly and another for customers to track their belongings in real time. Automation would reduce errors, speed up packing, and minimize disputes. They also refreshed our branding, reinforcing trust and professionalism.  

After finalizing the system’s design, we agreed with  Equal development of this ERP and integration with current CRM. And a big plus that we can implement modules step by step and it will be alsoi easier for managers to start work with system and adapt.

Since implementing the new system with Equal, my business has completely transformed. Our operations run 20% faster, and my employees are saving over 2 hours a day on manual tasks. Customer disputes have dropped by 50% because we now have digital verification for every item we move.

We waiting for finishing real-time tracking system. Cause I'm sure it will be  a game changer—customers can see exactly where their belongings are. On top of that, integrating everything with our CRM has made managing customer relationships so much easier.

Most importantly, our customers trust us more than ever. We've seen a noticeable increase in repeat business, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. This system didn’t just optimize our processes—it made us a more reliable and professional company.

What I found most impressive about Equal was their deep understanding of business processes. They didn’t just build a system; they took the time to truly understand our needs and how we work. It wasn’t a one-size-fits-all solution—they tailored everything to fit our specific challenges and goals.

Another standout was their proactive approach. They didn’t wait for us to ask about issues—they anticipated problems before they arose and offered solutions early. Their ability to integrate seamlessly into our team and communicate openly made the whole process smooth.

But the most unique part is their ability to balance technical expertise with a clear focus on business outcomes. They didn’t just deliver a product—they delivered something that made a real impact on our efficiency, customer satisfaction, and bottom line.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Equal could have done differently?

Overall, I’m very satisfied with Equal’s work, but if I had to pinpoint an area for improvement, it would be around training materials for managers that help them to use new platfrom. While the training sessions were helpful, having more detailed documentation or interactive guides early on would have helped my team get up to speed even faster.

That said, Equal was always responsive and provided additional support when we needed it. Any initial learning curve was quickly overcome with their guidance, so this was a minor detail in an otherwise successful project.

Fully responsive website design on Figma. More than 13 pages were done like the homepage, product, category, account, register, or login page. The designs were reviewed and improved very frequently so we ensured that the final quality of the work was perfect. The project is a price comparison website so it is not something frequent to be designed, it was a big challenge to make the design better than what big corporations have.

As the design was made, we were taking surveys to different people asking to review the design. The final work had a very good rate in this survey. For now, we have to develop the design and then we will can have more details about progress/success.

Turning their house into a homezero. 3 different key users and 10+ micro-journeys fully optimized for desktop and mobile utilizing the latest trends and best-practices in UI/UX design. A visual appealing design system and a unique and creative logo for our company.

On time, on budget and above expectation.

Collaboration wise it went absolutely perfect. And it still is. We work in Slack, Figma, Upwork & Notion and have infrequent video meetings. Their communication is fantastic and they really understand complex issues. The consistency of their work is admirable and it shows that they have a strong culture with high norms that everyone adheres to.

We firstly had the brand vision, we lacked software related skills and that is when we sourced Equal X for materialisng the UI concept from the brand vision.

Interviewed a number of possible companies, and found this one to be friendly during the video call and the portfolio also reflects this.

The scope was designing the entire website as we did not have an existing website. We wanted a website that would be unique , eye catching and also able to showcase content. Wordpress and other front end like react was used.

I worked with a few project managers, 2 developers and 1 ux designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Launching the website allowed us to get clients enquiries and start to properly operate as a business. We were able to publish articles that had been written but had no where to be put.

They were flexible and willing to put in hard work to get the job done. The path was not so clear but the team is talented, so we made it to the finish.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Tons of experience, feedback on website layout have been nothing short of personal acquittances, and they have worked in or with large tech firms, so this is great feedback.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can only think that some bugs could be better avoided if there was a standard set of test suite prior to go-live. But close collaboration really helped overcome this.

It has been a month seens we launched our New website and we receiving lots of positive feedbacks.

At first, Equal laid out the roadmap of the design phases. I had an initial prototype, and we showed it to them. Then, we had a few meetings and studied a couple of designs. From there, they designed as we went, and we added functionalities throughout the process. They provided brand guidelines and color schemes. The team used Figma for design and designed the web app from a template through Webflow.

I have some web design experience, and Equal's interface organization was excellent; the usability of the web app was good. This was the first time we did an outsourced project, and I was very satisfied with their work. They were a professional design team and had experience in this area.

The only thing I’d recommend Equal improve is defining the scope at the beginning of the project.

I’d recommend potential customers have a clear understanding of their project’s requirements before they approach Equal. Having an initial framework or prototype saved us time and revisions.

What challenge were you trying to address with Equal?

We wanted a new UX/UI design for our website because the current one didn’t work as we wanted it to work. It wasn’t a complex website, but it had many pages with our services, so we decided to build a new one from scratch on Webflow.

Our goal was to have a clear, easy-to-use, and attractive website with different designs for different countries. For example, we wanted the design for Ukrainian visitors to differ from the design for US visitors. However, we had a tight two-month deadline, so we needed help with the project.

Equal created a very interactive website for us, which designs we can now modify on Figma and implement on Webflow very easily. Thanks to this site, we can also create content on Webflow internally, which is fantastic. Throughout the process, they were very open to our ideas, and they gave us helpful tips to make an ideal site for our purposes.

Equal was great at meeting deadlines; they delivered the website before our two-month deadline, after which we only iterated to make adjustments. Additionally, their communication was very pleasant. We communicated via Slack and had weekly calls.

Equal was very creative and professional, and they worked as a team. Unfortunately, they aren’t very popular in the country, and it isn’t very easy to find them on Google, so I would highly recommend them to others.

We generally use Figma to design the build and utilize Slack as our main communication channel.

We’re impressed with their attention to detail and their ability to follow through on their promises. They’re rather thorough in their approach and they have a personal interest in the project to ensure the final product is up to our expectations.
