We hired Serg and his team as our UX partner. They completed serveral design projects for us over the last 12 months.

The main outcomes from these projects was happy clients. As we used them as our in house design time - this was the success.

Serg was easy to communicate with, all their team were friendly and efficient.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their skills are very impressive, clearly they are experts in what they do. Having been in the industry for over 10 years - we know talent when we see it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Initally Sergs team was limited in capacity but grew over time which allowed us to give them more projects.

We needed a revamp for our dashboards, as it hadn't been updated for 2 years.

Add features to our dashboard, and make it look really nice.

We had a list of changes and features we wanted to add to our existing product. Equal did a great job of including everything and more, and was great with the feedback we provided.
