My initial six-month development plan was overly-optimistic; I soon resolved to letting the team work through issues on their preferred, consistent schedule. Despite this, I noticed steady development progress and felt that the team’s management was professional. Associates of mine worked with me to test the app for bugs and report them to The Distance by use of an online spreadsheet.

When working with marketing agencies, what often happens is that customers tend to work with senior team members who inevitably pass work to junior teammates, causing them to lose the initial connection.
