I’m the managing director of Axxess Healthcare. We sell natural health supplements, primarily for people over 45.

What challenge were you trying to address with Red Rabbit Marketing?

We needed their help in rebranding our business and building a new website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We wanted to focus more on a B2C market rather than B2B, so we needed Red Rabbit Marketing's aid in our rebranding and SEO efforts. They developed a new website to introduce our market changes. Apart from designing the website, they also needed to create a platform that complies with the CBD's legislation and virtues. Additionally, their team took over the rebranding of our products by redesigning their packaging and redoing our logo and color scheme, organized into three main product categories: well-being, joint health, and immune health.

Red Rabbit Marketing's current work for us centers around the packaging and overall branding of our products. They also label certain products and brands on our clients' behalf.

Saaim (Managing Director & Founder) is our main point of contact, and he communicates with their team members assigned to tackle our project.

How did you come to work with Red Rabbit Marketing?

We heard of Red Rabbit Marketing through word of mouth and liked some of their work we saw on YouTube. We chose them mainly because they were a multi-service company that could give all the deliverables we needed, saving us time and money. During our initial meeting with Red Rabbit Marketing, we found them to be a transparent and accommodating team that entertained all our questions regarding the project.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent £20,000 (approximately $28,000 USD) so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together around January 2020, and our partnership is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The website works like a charm — we've received fantastic reviews and seen a consistent increase in online orders, getting roughly 3-4 per day on the CBD side, which can’t be advertised on Google or Facebook. Last month, we gained roughly £5,000 (approximately $7,000 USD) with minimal social media marketing. Red Rabbit Marketing accommodates all our requests for changes, complies with the rules within our industry, and understands what we want to achieve. We're more than satisfied with the results they deliver and can only see things going up from here.

How did Red Rabbit Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via Zoom and conduct in-person meetings. Red Rabbit Marketing is keen on delivering what they promise and what we ask for — the balance that we need to follow our project's timelines.  Any delays that we've encountered over the course of our engagement have been on our team's end. Apart from their strong sense of commitment, they're highly responsive and always have the right resources available for each task that we assign.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Red Rabbit Marketing provides a full scope of services at a good quality level —  we’re confident that their abilities will lead to our success.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We could’ve fleshed out the initial meeting more to avoid some of the mid-process changes made. However, we’ve overcome those and used our experience to improve the entire process.
