I am the marketing director for a luxury custom home builder in South Carolina, USA.

For what projects/services did your company hire 3D Rendering Solaris17, and what were your goals?

We partnered with Solaris 17 to provide ten (10) views and a video walk-thru of the 5,000 sqft high-end penthouse project located in the heart of downtown Greenville, South Carolina.

Our goal was to develop the views and video tour for our client that would capture the exact views from the penthouse as well as the interior details and selections that were designed and chosen by our Interior Design firm, LH Design Studio.

How did you select 3D Rendering Solaris17 and what were the deciding factors?

After in-depth internet-based research for 3D rendering firms and checking references for the firms I narrowed my search to, one of the references to a company I was originally considering actually referred me to Solaris 17.

They gave a glowing reference for them, and now after choosing them as our 3D partner, I can certainly see why. It was the best choice we could have made!

SOW: 10 viewpoints- color renderings and 1 video tour Steps were very clear and well defined to their processes which made it pretty streamlined considering the complexity of the project.

Their addition of utilizing Telegram as the communication platform relieved much of the time difference issues and eliminated a lot of information translation problems that could have come up. Artem and the Solaris 17 team were quick to respond, provided a high level of customer service and professionalism.

We, as well as our client, are ecstatic with the end result!

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

As the lead project manager on this, the majority of communication was with the co-founder, Artem. There were a couple of times that I communicated with Sergei as well, through the Telegram platform.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Originally, we needed these for our client to help visually communicate the project's interiors, as well as the views from the penthouse. The client approved the overall design, all the selections, the custom furniture, cabinetry, and all based on these renderings.

It was a HUGE success for us! The end results allowed us to launch a full marketing campaign around this project and market our services for the remaining condominiums available. The video will be used for a digital marketing campaign throughout social media and on our website as an additional visual wow-factor.

Steps were very clear and well defined to their processes which made it pretty streamlined considering the complexity of the project. What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We enjoyed the level of attention and detail that was a common theme throughout the process. Honestly, I am sad to see the project ending, I have thoroughly appreciated my relationship with them and could not have been more satisfied with the results.

However, I can confidently say, they will be our go-to for future 3D projects, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I am sure there are things we could have done differently on our end to make the project smoother for them, but regardless of our downfalls, they were superb!

What were your goals for this project?

We needed a 3D rendering to show the client the space of our project and something that can be used for our PR.

I got contacted by Solaris17 and we had a good discussion over the phone. They sent me a quote for one of our projects which we accepted and we are working with Solaris since then.

The project included a complete renovation and a double-storey dormer extension to the rear.

I spoke to the manager directly and he was my main point of contact throughout the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We worked with Solaris on a number of projects and we can honestly say they are the best visual company we have ever worked with. The staff is very friendly, quick to understand the brief, always on schedule, and extremely easy to work with.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They are very effective. They got us and the design concept very quickly. There were a few amendments needed to be done but they did it with no hesitation and were very eager to please.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I don’t think there was one specific thing. They just were the perfect package for us.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None. They just get us very well and we get on very well. The results are outstanding so for us, it is a win-win.
