This work was called a Venture Mapping process whereby for a reasonable level of investment of time and cost, B13 would conduct a deep dive of our needs and propose a suitable custom built solution to address our very specific niche needs. Options were presented from Minimum Via me Product (MVP) with some add-ons that we could configure based on MoSCoW criteria in order to work towards a full solution with essentially all the bells and whistles.

At the end of this discovery, we had a Functional Spec which was configurable so that we could make informed decisions based on functional deliverables, timelines, costs and overall benefits to the business.

The personalised feedback supports users in their digital transformation journey and gives a detailed account of the positive aspects of each persona and suggestions for improvement.

 The B13 AI Ltd team was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The project timeline and budget were tight, as this was a project funded by UKRI. This meant no flexibility on costs. Nevertheless, the team accommodated all needs within the budget.

From day 1, both B13 developer and B13 management, were very open in dialogue. Our B13 developer , was key in the architetcure, task creation and our software build. Output was great and highlighted any issues eealry, so they could be resolved. This was anything from QA issues, to limits in technology. Having early visibility was key, so that any hurdle could be addressed early in our develpment plan.
