The HU Digital Labs team developed our event management software from scratch. The software that they developed is feature-rich but some of the main features are Event Check-in and Badge Printing, Measuring the Event ROI by identifying the attendee journey, Collecting leads & Measure Results, Allowing investors to meet in any environment, Virtual Event Solutions, Reporting & Analytics.

They later deployed it in the AWS so we could use it for our clients. They initially assisted us with scoping the software project. I provided them with all the relevant information, and they wrote the technological document. After that, we went to the development phase. They worked on the backend, front end, and infrastructure of our custom software.

We entered the software testing phase three months later, the software and its quality and efficiency seemed great, and it passed our team's initial tests. They then deployed the software into our production environment. The project is completed however they are still providing us with support,we can contact them if something goes wrong.

Our top focus is ensuring it’s mobile-friendly because 60%–70% of the site visitors were all mobile users, on the visuals front we wanted to have a bold design and have design in line with our current visual identity. We also had about 300 pages on the site, which include education and information for the homeowners, which was well structured in the new main website. Once they launched this new website we then worked with the company to upgrade all the other websites with the same brand identity, we worked for almost two years with HU Digital Labs.

The goal was to create a new website with a modern and minimalistic design, which would provide general information about the company and its history. the second project was to create an App for our company, we had a very specific requirement for this, the main idea of the App was to empower the artists, and make it easy for them to distribute their music for free, The App Distributes your music for free to all major streaming services, like Apple Music, Spotify, TikTok, Instagram, and many more.

We had a discovery meeting with HU Digital Labs to discuss our goals and objectives for this new website, we exchanged different ideas for our mobile application, and they listened to our ideas and made necessary amendments to validate it for the end user. In the first round of the project we received wireframes and designs of the website and mobile App, within the first month they delivered a custom-coded website. We had reviews throughout the process They addressed all feedback during the process and were able to tweak and make amendments for any glitches we found before launching. In the meantime, they delivered a beta version of the Android App, which incorporated all our feedback before going live on the Google Play Store, we are now working with them for the IOS version.

Within 8 months after our App was launched, the app is downloaded by 10k + users on Google Playstore. we have 415 App reviews with a 4.7 average review rating which is very great, all thanks to HU Digital Labs and their user-centric product development approach.

The team provided daily updates on the progress of each task, the process was very smooth and the team was easy to communicate with, for video meetings we mostly used Zoom, for real-time updates they used a custom dashboard that was developed by their developers.

HU Digital Labs is helping us create a mobile app and website from scratch. Initially, we provided HU Digital Labs with a brief to give them a better understanding of our company and requirements, after their initial discovery phase The team proceeded with the work, HU's UI UX team sent us Initial designs in Figma, once we gave them comprehensive instructions on iteration the team was really quick in getting back to us with the updated version.

After the design phase the team started working on the development phase and we initially launched the IOS version of the APP, They designed and developed a great website from scratch and now the team is working on the android version of the APP. Additionally, they’re helping us install various functionalities in the IOS Version, including Augmented reality. They’re using Flutter for cross-platform development.

They had great frameworks for each project that we outsourced to them, first they start by the discovery phase, It was conducted via conference call with representatives from both companies involved in the project, the next phase was design sprints, and after the idea was validated their expert engineers started working on coding / programming the solution after that the solution had to pass the code review process and once that is done they sent us the complete solution. and then we had a conference call discussing the solution in detail.
