Jerman, Samuels and Pearson Solicitors
Jerman, Samuels and Pearson Solicitors are a criminal law firm, based in the South East but serving the whole of England.
When JSP first contacted the Revive team, they were aware that their existing brand was no longer in keeping with the growth of the practice. After initial consultation and planning, the creative team developed a new brand identity that illustrated the clean-cut approach to JSP’s range of services.
Following the launch of the identity, came the corporate website – reflecting the style and colour palette of the new brand. The website is built upon the industry recognised WordPress platform, which offers the JSP team to update all aspects of the website themselves.

Working with Southend’s most famous food brand – synonymous with seaside life, known across the South-East and reaching further afield. Our team kept their cool. Literally.
It’s not often that a relationship with a client starts with us buying a freezer full of their product – but when a company has something so desirable as well, ice cream – it seems rude not too.
Revive worked with Rossi Ice Cream to redevelop their website presence – including taking all their product photos and setting up their online shop. It was a labour of love – and it’s easy to love something quite so delicious. Mobile responsive of course – but the website had to have the right balance of product focus, historical heritage, and brand fun.
Rossi Ice Cream recently celebrated their 85th birthday. Despite their many years in business, they are continually looking forward and modernising, and were a pleasure to work with – and we also celebrated as shortly after launch, their website was short-listed for “Best Tourism and Hospitality Website” in the Essex Digital Awards.

Southend's no.1 Tool hire shop
Thinking of hiring a tool for the weekends DIY tasks? If you are based in Southend (like we are) – your first thought would probably be Mark 1 Hire.
Established in 1981, Mark 1’s selection has grown from a handful of hand tools to now include powered access and light plant machinery. Alongside the tool hire team, Mark 1 launched an accompanying training centre – specialising in IPAF, SPA and PASMA training, amongst a plethora of other courses.
The Mark 1 website was built on WordPress, but included some advanced and bespoke functionality that assist users in navigation.
The search bar operates an auto-complete, guessing what the user is searching for before they have even finished. In addition, the search bar saves all searches – if Mark 1 notice that a particular tool is searched for more than others, they’ll look to increase their stock, likewise if users consistently spell something wrong, they’ll add the mis-spelled word to that product – ensuring that other users can find it.
Like many of Revive’s website projects, the time taken in the early stages reaped benefits during the ‘go-live’ phase – seeing an impressive improvement in organic visibility.

More than just fire protection
Originally known as just Fisk Fire, Fisk Group is a family run business with over 40 year’s experience in the service industry.
In recent years, the Fisk brand has synonymous across London and the home counties, offering an extensive range of fire protection solutions. However, their brand did not fully reflect their current status.
Revive were tasked to create a new brand, that would not only echo the old – but embrace the next generation. Luckily, our creative team “hit the nail on the head” with the new concept.
Alongside the new brand, Revive created a full website, and assisted with the creation of branded assets for the official launch.

Listed in the prestigious Legal 500 guide, BTMK Solicitors is an established legal firm based in Essex specialising in personal and commercial law.
They approached us initially because they recognised that their website needed a refresh to remain competitive. The resulting website was themed around their legal specialisms, and better represented the firm’s position in London and the South-East.
Today, we manage all aspects of BTMK’s digital presence, including their website, paid and organic social media, PPC, SEO, videography, email marketing and graphic design.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the COO of London South East. We are a financial news information website that has about 50 million views a month, which is about one and a half million unique users.
What challenge were you trying to address with Revive.Digital?
We work with Revive.Digital on an ongoing supply contract. Their job is to ensure the uptime of the website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We are a financial news website, and we have multiple different data feeds coming in from various providers. The technical team manages all those feeds and connects them to the website so that all users can access information. They do everything for us, so if we need to make any changes, everything goes through Revive’s team.
Revive.Digital manages the back- and frontend development of the website. They also do visual design and implementation for the frontend. In addition to that, they help us with the digital marketing of the content that we have.
What is the team composition?
We've got an account manager who manages any outstanding tickets. We also have 3–4 separate developers that are involved in projects. However, I mainly speak with the account manager and the lead developer.
How did you come to work with Revive.Digital?
I got involved in this business about 6–7 months ago, so I don’t have that information. Revive.Digital has been working with my company for more than 10 years. There was a period where our company brought some of our IT in-house, but we weren’t happy with the way that was working, so we went back to Revive.Digital.
How much have you invested with them?
I don’t have the exact numbers because I haven’t been involved in the company for a long time. However, there’s a significant sum that we spend each month on for the ongoing support. The total investment is probably somewhere between the $200,000–$1 million range.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together for more than 10 years.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
One of our key metrics is the uptime on the site, and they’ve constantly kept it up 99% of the time. We've also started using Net Promoter Score (NPS) to measure the engagement and construction of our most engaged customers. We don’t have metrics on there yet, but we will be monitoring the NPS for our key customers. Overall, our collaboration with Revive.Digital has showcased a positive impact on our business.
How did Revive.Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
In the six months that I’ve worked with them, I have had good communication with the lead developer and the manager. We have regular calls and a ticketing system that we will have access to. There is clear communication on issues and priorities, and they’ve met the deadlines.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, not that I can think of. It's been such a longstanding contract that they're pretty good about knowing what needs to be done. They are very responsive, and we are happy with their services.
Any advice for potential customers?
Have clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Know what you want to be done to specifically design the goals and define the timeframe they have to deliver. Once you've got those clear, then the agency should set a price and deliver the project — clarity at the start of any project is essential.
