I’m the director and editor of The Quietus, a media and publishing company.

What challenge were you trying to address with 11:11 Studio?

We needed a new website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

11:11 Studio has designed and developed our website. Initially, they conducted an analysis of our brand, positioning, strengths, and what we stand for, which fed into the design phase. The team has moved everything to WordPress. Currently, they provide us with website maintenance services.

What is the team composition?

We work with three core members of 11:11 Studio, including Daniel, who does design; Michael, who is in charge of marketing; and Danny, who handles the web tasks. They’ve also brought in a couple of other people, but these three are the group's core members. They all have different skill areas.

How did you come to work with 11:11 Studio?

11:11 Studio came highly recommended. They understood what we wanted to do and our brand. In contrast, other providers didn’t understand what we did and didn’t have the right track record. 11:11 Studio’s price was good, and they were easy to get along with, which was crucial to us. So, we engaged them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around £100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

11:11 Studio has delivered a functional and stable website. They have done an incredible job at web design, too. As I mentioned, the team instantly understood what would look right. I'm not very tech-savvy, but they have helped us understand the project's technicalities.

Now, the new website works, and traffic has gone up considerably. Time on the site has increased, and the number of subscribers has boosted. It's all very successful. The team has met our expectations; they have understood everything we wanted to do.

How did 11:11 Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

11:11 Studio’s project management is amazing. Everything has been calm and happened in good time. The team has stayed on budget as well. Overall, there have been no dramas, which are possible when you start working with new people. We have weekly meetings to stay in touch.

Internally, I know the team has other communication channels, but as we aren't that tech-literate, it has been great to have these personal and simple meetings to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’ve loved working with 11:11 Studio. They’re fluent in technology and are good at explaining things to laypeople. Moreover, the team is efficient, easy to work with, and personable. Everything about the project has been fantastic, and we've had a great experience.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing they can do better. They've done a good job.

Go for it. 11:11 Studio does everything well, and it’s worth working with them because they'll do a terrific job.
