What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Whenever we need anything, they’re really quick to respond. When someone makes an inquiry on our website, they forward it to me. We get them quite frequently so that tells me the Google Ads efforts are working and people are finding us easily. We’re extremely satisfied with the deliverables and results.

How did Wildfire Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication is excellent. They work independently so we let them get on with it and get in touch if we need anything. Everything runs smoothly, I have no complaints. We mostly communicate through email and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We don’t have to do anything; they do it all for us. They know what we want and take everything off our plate.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing, they do everything that we need them to do.

I’d recommend them. They’re very good at what they do; use them.

They helped with digital marketing, including SEO, and social media marketing. They made some tweaks to the copy on our site and added a blog. This helped us target relevant keywords. Their team helps us come up with unique content for our social media. The team is currently running a competition to find a model to be the new face of our company.

I Googled SEO firms, and they were at the top of the search list. I got in touch with them, and we went from there.

We started working with them in February 2020, and our relationship with them is ongoing.

Our goal was to get onto the first page of Google search results and improve our brand awareness. So far, we’ve had about 100 contestants enter our social media competition. We’ve jumped up as many as 30 places in results for certain search terms.

They were great at laying the groundwork for long-term, sustainable success. The process has been very structured and they answer any questions we ask very quickly. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve been honest. Their team is truthful and to the point, which makes me confident in what they can deliver. 

Are there any areas they could improve? 

No, I’ve been really happy. If we were unhappy, we wouldn’t be continuing our relationship with them.

My advice would be to just start a conversation with them. After talking to them, you’ll understand why we’ve chosen to work with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project took about eight months due to delays on our end. After that break, the build took about three days. Throughout the project, we had a checklist of things we needed to be addressed, and their team made upgrades and changes. They kept us posted on what was completed. We might work with them in the future on other projects.

How did Wildfire Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

From a project management standpoint, they were great. The team remained professional, always replying to us through phone, email, or WhatsApp. They’re always on hand to help, even outside of working hours.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team at Wildfire Marketing is extremely personable. The directors of the company came out and did the quote and briefing for our team. They also gave feedback. Our engagement was like this every step of the way. It’s a nice touch to be dealing with the owners of the company.

Are there any areas they could improve?

When handing over the website, their team could spend a bit more time with it. For example, they could hold a Q&A session after the website is completed to explain the extra services in detail. But overall, everything is perfect.

Use Wildfire Marketing because they’re a great company to work with. We should’ve been a bit more creative in the beginning because their team is so skilled. Feel free to express what you want in more detail to them.

We interviewed three separate companies, and Wildfire fit the categorises we were looking for.

Website support, SEO and social media marketing services. This included the launch of the PowerMark website and general maintenance, including all background work. Along with social media posts.

Our main contact were the 2 directors are Wildfire, they would keep us updated on a weekly basis, on how their team was getting on. We also receive monthly reports showing were customers are visting the site from, and what the main website pages are amongst other details.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Having taken Wildfire as our marketing team, they have allowed the PowerMark team to work on working with customers ensuring they receive the correct parts on time. With the monthly reports that Wildfire send to PowerMark, we can also target areas which have had an influx of inquiries to further push sales opportunities.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management has been very good, deadlines have been hit, if they have gone over we have been updated regularly. As Wildfire are based relatively local to PowerMark this has helped the two teams grow, Wildfire also spend one full day a month with the PowerMark team to go over future plans and film some marketing videos to further push the brand.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are consistent and have helped increase customer interaction on a post in a short time scale.

we wanted to engage with a wider audience worldwide. Bringing in more likes on social media and more engagement to countries whereby it is hard to engage with.

We searched local website and marketing companies in the area and had meetings with 3 different companies. We gave them fake tasks to see how would respond and how active they would be. Wildfire, our of the 3 companies where the most active and supportive.

Our likes on social media have increased by 70% Our website enquiries are up by about 20%, It is seasonal so we do have months where it increases far greater but on average 20%

Wildfire work very closely with CPS, we have an ongoing whatsapp group for daily updates and have 2 monthly meetings.

Wildfire Marketing managed our social media marketing and SEO. Their team puts out three social media posts per week, running them by me for approval before posting. They also produce videos for social media and our website, including one of some teams after finishing the escape room.

A friend gave me a good tip, to Google ‘SEO Leeds’ and see what companies came up first since they obviously employed good SEO practices in the market. I contacted the top three companies, of which Wildfire Marketing came up first. 

I really liked Wildfire Marketing’s website and how they use tough love with customers. Eventually, I met with their owners. They run their own small business, so they understood my position. We got along quite well, and I decided to work with them.

We have invested less than $5,000.

Our ongoing engagement with Wildfire Marketing began in October 2019.

From the moment they started, the quality of our social media posts improved. They’ve put out videos and posts that led to a big spike in bookings. The engagement has paid for itself so far.

We communicate through a WhatsApp group on a regular basis. They send me proofs for posts within the app, which has been super helpful. They make sure I stay as involved as I need to be.

Everything they have done has really helped my business. They put together the video so quickly, which was really impressive.

No. Even though its a fairly new partnership, everything has been going great.

Be as upfront as you can with what you want and be realistic about your expectations. I have really come to appreciate their profession after bringing in an expert.

Through tracking our sales, we’ve seen a definite increase since we started working with Wildfire Marketing. We’re ranking quite well on Google for the keywords we’re targeting.

They’ve been performing really well. Everything has been done correctly and works how it’s supposed to. They’ve done a really good job of keeping everything increasing for our business.

Their reliability and trustworthiness make them stand out from others that we’ve used. With other companies, we always had to check up on them and make sure they were doing what they were supposed to do. Wildfire Marketing always comes back to us with updates on their progress and asking us for feedback.

It’s hard to think of anything because they’ve been spot-on, but better communication to limit the back and forth about agreements could be improved.

Always stay communicative because it's a key factor. Give them feedback and be honest. Keep working with them toward the goal because they’re always on top of it.
