If we went to them with an idea, they would be quick to respond with how it could or couldn't work, and give us two or three different scenarios for us to consider. There was never a case of them accepting an idea we presented without suggesting alternatives which typically worked better than what we had. They were phenomenal from that point of view.

Create8 have been nothing short of amazing. It became clear very early on that we shared similar values, with a focus on long term, moral and ethical business. This gave us the peace of mind we needed to move forward with the project. They really took the time to understand our business and how we differentiate ourselves in the market. This then led to various brand ideas and ultimately two shortlisted prospects that were so good, it was very difficult to choose between the two! Once the brand was chosen (with lots of helpful insight into how each one could be developed in the future), they immediately got to work on content and wireframe for the website, taking on board all of the ideas and feedback we provided. This was the first time we had worked on such a large project and relied heavily on their expertise to guide us. With such a specialised and professional team, we had the benefit of so much knowledge and experience, making it more straightforward to make decisions. Every member of the team we have worked with has been very responsive and helpful, working within their areas of specialisation and collaborating with the rest of the team when needed.
