The service has won awards for collaboration because we had to onboard 206 local authorities and educate them about how the online services are designed. Also, their support with the API integration was really key in terms of onboarding a number of councils across the UK to ensure they were fully integrated with the central service that the government was offering. Valtech was really helpful in ensuring that this software was embedded as a collaboration tool between us. The other thing that is worth highlighting is that we use Slack as a communications tool, and we rolled out Slack to all councils in the UK.
