What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Every month we get a breakdown of our SEO, and now we consistently rank in the top three mail-order meat companies. There’s no question that it is starting to impact sales. When we ask customers how they heard about us, they most often say that they found us online. Our branding is great; everything looks so professional. Their service is spot-on. We really stand out in the market now.
How did Creative Individuals Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
Everything has been seamless. We usually communicate through phone, email, or video chat. I also meet with them every to go over SEO metrics. Unlike some of their competitors, whenever I reach out to them, they get back to me right away and are always happy to help.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’ve done a few things for us that really goes above and beyond the scope of our project. One time, I just mentioned it would be nice to have a calendar that would help us come up with ideas for social media. Then, one morning, I opened my email and Megan had sent me a calendar that included holidays like “Pie Day,” and “National Hangover Day.” Now on “National Hangover Day,” I fry up a big breakfast with bacon and sausage and take a picture for our social media. It was completely out of the blue, and the calendar has been super helpful.
There was another time when our e-commerce site wasn’t working and our web developer didn’t have time to work on it. So, they asked for access and fixed the code themselves.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We could have used a little more clarity while we were in the quote phase and were just starting to build our partnership.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Give them a chance and let them prove to you what they can do. I’m sure you’ll go back to them for more. I’m just a big fan of their work now.
