Our company is a vibrant youth centre at the heart of North Manchester, supporting over 4,000 young people aged 8-19 (up to 25 with additional needs).

Our previous website had been live for a long time and, while it served its purpose, it was difficult to manage and keep up to date. With no one in the team trained to maintain it properly, refreshing content, updating information, and evolving our branding became a challenge. We needed a website that was easier for our young people, families, and communities to navigate and use. 

Riot and Rebel were recommended to us, and after exploring their social media and reviewing some of their previous work, we felt confident they were the right fit. Their style, creativity, and understanding of purpose-led organisations stood out, and we knew they could deliver a website that truly represented us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We needed a website where we could refresh content, update information, and evolve our branding. We needed a website that was easier for our young people, families, and communities to navigate and use.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Working with Louise and Alex was a great experience. Communication was clear and consistent through email, supported by video calls and regular updates throughout the project. We were involved at every stage, reviewing pages and changes to ensure the website reflected our needs and values - which it definitely does.

Our website is amazing. It truly reflects us through the branding and makes it much easier for young people and families to access vital support. It has also given the charity a stronger platform to grow donations, fundraising opportunities, and corporate partnerships. We’re really happy with it.
