BACKGROUND

I am the manager of an IT solutions company based in the UK. We offer managed IT services to businesses worldwide.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digivertize?

We have recently started this venture and wanted to build an online presence. We hired the company for the design, copywriting, and branding of our website. And to build our company's social media pages.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for web design agencies in Pakistan and shortlisted 3 of them. We chose Digivertize as they offered a complete package of design and marketing in one place.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After a week of meetings to discuss our requirements and objectives, they sent us 2 initial designs to choose from. They also sent us colors and fonts for branding. After finalizing these, they designed our main page and sent it to our team. We provided our feedback, and they made the required revisions. Then, they sent a copy for our website, and we approved it. Their team completed the other pages and made the optimizations.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with 4 people: a project manager, a web designer, a copywriter, and a social media expert.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website was easy to navigate, and the design was visually great. We received positive feedback about it from the visitors. Most importantly, we got our first client just after the launch. We believe that it’s all the effectiveness of the amazing copy they wrote for our website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team was always available to respond to our queries and kept us updated with all the progress being made. We had most of our conversations via calls. Also, all the work was completed within the given deadline.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by the knowledge and experience of the team members and by the quality of their work. The team was always patient to listen to our queries and answer them in the best way. We appreciate their teamwork and support the most.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can’t suggest any improvement for this project as everything was done perfectly.
