Overall project management was good and CTI responded swiftly and positively if and when there were parts of the project that weren't meeting our needs, especially when we needed to overcome difficult internal stakeholder management. Account management and communication was excellent, felt like a collaboration. CTI were undergoing internal restructuring at the time and at times it felt like the workstreams weren't communicating with each other and we were dealing with different organisations but that was overcome during the project with the implementation of a programme manager.
