Based on that, they've developed a strategy and agreed on key reporting metrics. ICS-digital LLP has also identified and shortlisted 1–2 appropriate influencers to be engaged. Moreover, ICS-digital LLP has been responsible for campaign execution, including drafting influencer pitches and outreach, ongoing liaison with influencers, and monitoring influencer content. The team has also provided account management, including all client communication, project management, and coverage monitoring and results reporting.
